"Princess Joanna, a Raven from your uncle Jamie Lannister." Maester Luwin spoke as he walked up to Joanna and Lucion and handed the girl the letter.
"Thank you." Joanna softly replied as the Maester walked away. "Why would father write me? We never write to each other unless it is urgent." Joanna questioned as she looked at her uncle.
"Perhaps it is urgent. Read it." Lucion spoke causing the girl to sigh
"My sweet girl, I've shared words with your grandfather. He knows you and Daemon are my children. But he thinks Cersei isn't your real mother. He wants me to announce to the world that you and Daemon are in fact my children born as bastards but legitimized by the king when he and Cersei took you and Daemon in as their own. I have decided to do so if all is okay with you. The only thing truly stopping me is your mother. She would have my head if I said you weren't hers. This all risks your position as princess and as a legitimate heir to the throne. However, it will give you a more legitimate position as heir to Casterly Rock. The decision is all yours my sweet daughter. If you choose to allow me to do this, I will deal with the consequences of your mother no matter how severe. If you chose to not allow me to do this, I fear we will both have to deal with the consequences of Tywin Lannister." Joanna read aloud then looked at Lucion
"What are you going to do?" He asked
"I've always wanted the world to know that Jamie was my father. But not at the cost of my titles." Joanna told the man
"Joanna, the seven kingdoms love you. They adore you. Since you were a babe, they have all wanted to see you as their queen." Lucion explained to the girls who crossed their arms
"But I will be the daughter of the Kingslayer. Who in their right mind would want the daughter of the man who has killed a king, to rule them? Would you?" She asked the man
"If the daughter we're honest and loyal and truly cared about her people and their interests and needs, I most definitely would. I wouldn't care about the origin of her parentage." Lucion truthfully told her.
"Write Jamie, tell him I give him permission to do as he pleases, and so he knows I'm telling him the truth say, when you play the game of thrones, you win or you die, there is no middle ground," Joanna said turning away from the man as tears began to fill her eyes
"Right away my princess." Lucion said with a quick bow before walking away.
Joanna feared for her status in the world. She feared not being at least a princess in a world where she grew up as one.
Joanna closed her eyes and took a deep breath and immediately she was back in Kings Landing looking through the eyes of a small mouse. She couldn't quite hear anything but she saw her brother Joffrey sitting on the Iron Throne with a smirk on his face as her mother stood in front of him with a proud smile placed on her lips.
Soon, she was pulled out of her state by Robb Stark. She opened her eyes but didn't turn to look at him. "Joffrey is king." She softly spoke confusing Robb.
"How could you possibly know that?" Robb asked
"I just do. Joffrey is king we lost." Joanna told the man as she turned to face him.
"Hey, we didn't lose. He's just a harder challenge. Last I heard you love a good challenge." Robb told her
"No, you don't get it, Robb. He's my brother! I swore to never go against my siblings! I've lost!" Joanna shouted
Robb sighed obviously frustrated with the girl at this point and rather than talking to her, he just walked away but soon stopped and faced her. "Let's go! We have business to attend to." Robb told the girl who looked up at him.
