eunha's eyes were wide open and her arms hung on both sides of her body, not knowing where to go. she was as stiff as a rock when renjun kissed her out of nowhere.

her heart was thumping in her chest and the butterflies in her stomach were wide awake. she was startled, taken aback, speechless. she had lost her first kiss to her first crush. not everyone gets this lucky.

it was short lived as renjun pulled away and rested his head on her shoulder again and his arms found their way around her waist in a hug
"thank you, eun"

the female didn't know what to, so she awkwardly hugged him back and patted his back. her mind was still fuzzy, she still wasn't thinking straight. her heart was still pumping blood the fastest it had ever done. she was still feeling weak in the knees and if it wasn't for renjun's grip on her, she would've been on the ground (waiting for the everything i need is on the ground comments)

it wasn't long until she realized that he fell asleep again. on her shoulder. she sighed and tried her best to drag him to his bedroom without waking him up. she tucked him after struggling with the asleep boy

she then entered the guest bedroom in the apartment where she'd usually keep a few of her things from staying over from past times. instead of heading to the restroom like she normally would, she slid down the bedroom door after closing it shut.

her mind was empty and a feeling of dread filled her. she kept telling herself that he wasn't sober. it was a drunken act. but why was her heart on fire?

it was real. but she couldn't help but feel like it was fake. how could she not? he was drunk. he wasn't in his right mind. it was a mistake. it was an act without any feelings involved.

she realized her phone had been dinging with the notifications for a while and she reached for it to read the messages in hope of getting her mind off of the situation.

renjun groaned, tossing and turning around in bed amd winced at the sunlight entering his eyes, disrupting his sleep.

he reached for his phone on the nightstand, realizing it wasn't there. with that, he panicked and in his acts of panic, he threw himself off the bed and fell on his ass. his phone fell out of his pocket and he sighed in relief at the sight of the object, unlocking it and scrolling through the different messages
