Thomas the human and friends

The adventure continues

Well like I said I would be back to tell more of Thomas and friends so here you go
We pick up about 2 years after the events of last time
One thing I wanna mention though is the Sodor railway is nationalized now the fat director is still in charge of the railway but has been renamed to the fat controller
James has fully recovered after his accident last time he is learning how to pull express coaches with Edward at the platform he accidentally showers water all over the fat director's new hat afraid of the consequences he suddenly leaves during this Almost forgets to drop of his passengers and to top everything off he disturbs an old lady with his hiccups after hearing about the time that Gordon got stuck on a hill and Edward had to help him
That night James is afraid of what the fat controller will say
The next day James is grumpy after having been threatened to be painted blue
And having to fetch his own coaches it takes the biscuit when nobody comes near him at the platform James is so determined to pay everyone out that he does not take care with his passenger coaches and causes a leak in the break pipe
Everyone decides to use bootlaces to tie up the coaches to each other which makes James go
James:(how does bootlaces work?)
A man gives his bootlaces to James and he is able to get the express home
It's been several days since James damaged one of his coaches he has been locked up at the house because of it but the fat controller arrives and lets him out to take a goods train on his way up Gordon's hill some of the trucks break free but James tries again with the help of Edward and together they get the trucks to killdane the day controller is pleased and allows James to keep the red paint
Although James made a good impression with the fat controller after his success with some trucks Henry and Gordon still tease him about the bootlace coaches James tries to counter this with the times about the tunnel and the hill but neither of them let up
The next morning Gordon and James prepare for work Gordon pulls the express as usual while James is left with odd jobs before getting sent to fetch Gordon's coaches James now knowing to act nicely to the coaches takes them to the station without harm Gordon then leaves with all of his passengers the fat controller included
Later Gordon comes back to tidmouth hoping not to be seen but James sees him and asks him if he lost his way
Gordon:(well I was mistakenly switched onto the main line and had to go on the long loop back here)
James finds this funny but the passengers are furious demanding refunds and with no other engines available fat controller asks James to pull the express to which he does and it is successful
After this Gordon speaks with James congratulating him on pulling his express and the two become very good friends
One day in the fall Henry is late and Thomas is impatient Henry explains that it is because of his illness and the fact that his engines smokebox is small then Thomas asks something
Thomas:(why are you using Gordon's buffers?)
Henry:(mines were damaged so I had to use his spares ones)
Later as Thomas starts to leave his guard trips on an umbrella and when he gets up Thomas is nowhere in sight
Thomas pays no attention to this until he reaches a stop signal and then the guard finally catches up with him and after this Thomas manages to continue onward to the next station
Some time later Thomas has to refill his tank engine but there's no water tower in sight so he gets a bucket and gets some water from the ocean at a near by bridge and puts it in his tank
Later on Thomas starts to hear something and he stops at Ffarquhar and checks his tank with the fat controller only to find that there's fish inside of it yeah turns out that when Thomas was getting water from the bridge he also got some fish
Fat controller tells Thomas to never fish again and he agrees
Later in late fall Thomas meets a tractor engine named Terrence who like Annie and clarabell has a face and can talk Thomas cheekily tells Terrence that he has ugly wheels but Terrence says that they are caterpillar's
It is winter time on the island and Thomas is happy to see snow he is told to use a snow plough to get threw the heavy snow but Thomas refuses to wear it he later regrets it when he gets stuck in snow later he is later rescued by Terrence and his passengers get taken to the next station by the new bus in town
Thomas now knows to wear his snow plough whenever theres snow upahead and he thanks Terrence for saving him
It is now spring 1930 and Thomas meets up with Bertie who helped take his passengers when he got stuck in snow Bertie teases Thomas about being too slow so they have a race and Thomas wins the race and Bertie congratulates Thomas and the two become friends
Later on in the year Gordon James and Henry are having to fetch their own coaches since Thomas is running his Branchline now the fat controller offers Gordon and Henry a new coat of paint
Henry:(yes plz sir and can I be painted back to green plz???? Being blue has caused me problems for the last 8 years!)
Fat controller:(uhhh sure Henry sure)
Soon enough henry is painted back to green
Later on a circus comes to town and shunting the special trucks helps Gordon and Henry cheer up at least until James is chosen to pull the circus's train later Henry is called to clear a blockage at a tunnel but when he goes in to clear it he blocks him out because the thing in the tunnel is an elephant that was missing from the circus the workmen calm it by feeding it sandwich's cake and lots of water but Henry surprises it by blowing steam and in return the elephant blows water at him
The whole no station pilot is getting worse as Henry Gordon and James are still fetching their own coaches Gordon gets into a bad mood when he can't balance on the turntable properly and he has to pull his train backwards he is even mistaken for a tank engine because of this this leads to passengers laughing at him and is even made fun of by Thomas and James but Later James is on the turntable during a windy day which Gordon manages to get to the turntable to see it happen James is blown around on the turntable getting dizzy
Gordon:(well well are you playing roundabouts?)
James was embarrassed by this and he leaves that night henry Gordon and James are talking to each other about what to do with their recent embarrassment combined they began to form a plan they decide to go on strike the next day at the station the fat controller is receiving complaints about the engines not showing up so he decides to go to their house and he finds out that they went on strike by refusing to get their coaches so Edward shunts their coaches Edwards strike breaking is met is hostilely from the engines so the fat controller decides to bring a new steam engine to the island he views a few candidates and ultimately selects one who drives a green saddle tank engine named percy(the reason why person appears as his female self is because everyone doesn't remember what Percy looked like before his gender reassignment surgery so they remember him being female years before his surgery)despite Percy's attempts to accommodate the big engines they still misbehave so the fat controller locks them up in their house until they can behave and brings Thomas to work with Edward temporary and Percy to run Thomas's Branchline
Several days later fat controller lets henry Gordon and james out after they see sense again and agree to work again fat controller let's thomas Edward and Percy work on the Branchline Thomas takes Annie and clarabell out for a run while Edward goes to take some trucks to the quarry
He leaves Percy alone he strays into the points forgetting what Edward told him to do then he sees Gordon coming towards him this scares Percy and he runs away eventually running into a sandbox
Gordon finally meets with Percy and congratulates him for preventing a major disaster after this percy is promoted to be the pilot of knapford
So that's the story of how percy came to work with all the famous engines on Sodor so how did he become best friends with Thomas? Well here you go
It's one day at the house Thomas Edward henry Gordon James and Percy haven't been given their jobs yet Thomas notices that Percy is sad about something
Thomas:(something wrong percy?)
Percy:(I don't have any friends)
Gordon:(you have us)
Percy:(I know but before you guys I used to have friends but then.....)
Edward:(then what?)
Percy:(then all my friends before you guys were killed)
James:(oh my)
Henry:(I'm sorry to hear that)
Thomas:(everyone loses someone in their lifetime)
Thomas:(I lost my parents)
Edward:(I lost my girlfriend)
Henry:(I lost my mom in a car accident when I was a kid she loved steam engines which is why I became a steam engine driver)
Gordon:(not only did I lose my sister and brother in law I lost most of my family members over the years)
James:(I never got to know my dad as he died before I was born)
Percy:(same)
Then the fat controller came to see them he reveals that he is considering giving Percy a part time mail delivery job in the future percy doesn't even know how to deliver mail and even asks what happened to the mail delivery engine
Fat controller:(uh well he accidentally ran into some fuel tankers)
Percy:(oh)
Thomas and Percy then decided to hang out with each other for the day
Thomas and Percy then went to Maron and saw a blue tender engine next to the water tower that thought it was Edward or Gordon since they were the only blue tender engines at the time but then they saw who it was
