One Year Later...

Capitol TV appears and Panem News are on - air. Presenter Jenny Trinket is on the News Stand. 

Reporting live from the Capitol, today, we celebrate the one year anniversary of the institution of the Totalitarian Government. It has been a year full of prosperity and hope for the Capitol. The Districts, have been providing the Capitol a total of forty percent of their provisions and supplies, giving us the opportunity to rise as a nation. To celebrate this one year anniversary, President Elizabeth Coin, has invited the former Thirteen Senators to a beautiful party in one week. We hope to give you updates of this party and everything that happened in it. For Capitol News, Jenny Trinket, Good Night. 

District Thirteen, 5 days before the anniversary

"People of thirteen. You have seen the oppression that we have had in this past year by the Capitol. It is unfair how they have treated us and have talked to us. They even warned us of destroying our beloved district because of the foolishness that we supposedly have. As citizens of this new world, we need to rise and stop the government that we have and form a solid republic of Panem. We have received reports of people dying of hunger, people dying because of the peacekeepers that were instituted for this government. We need to fight and unite as one to uprise against this government. This has to stop. This oppression needs to stop. 

We have been talking to representatives of each district and the have agreed to rebel against this government. In five days, the one year anniversary of this atrocity will be held in the Capitol. We will unite and destroy the people that came with the idea of this government. The culprits are Senator Coriolanus Snow and hist board of Senators that said YAY to the institution of this government. Many will fall, but many will rise. This is our country, THIS IS PANEM. "

District Four, Senator Jayson Gaines, 3 days before the anniversary

- Jayson, you shouldn't go. i have a bad feeling about his - says my Wife, Johanna Cresta-. 

- Babe, I know. But if I don't go, they will suspect that something is happening. 

- Something is not right. Watch out for Snow's movements. I feel he is going to do something horrible in the Capitol. 

- I feel it too. Believe me, if that happens, i will go...

This just in. District Thirteen is rioting because of the government that we have. The rioters of 13 have made contact with other districts and they too, are uprising. There are incidents of burned buildings, death and riotings. The body of peacekeepers can't do anything because they are outnumbered. This riots are occurring three days before the great party in the Capitol, in celebration of the one year anniversary of the institution of the totalitarian government. Stay tuned for more details.

My wife continues to speak but I lose concentration and acknowledge that, one year ago, me and Latier were talking about this very moment.
