The Games are deceitful. The girl is hurt and sick, but the Capitol doesn't give a damn. She is only 14 years old.

He has 12 years old and he is hurt emotionally.
We get in the train and I understand later that, Elliot was like that, because both his parents died yesterday in a accident in the Factory of Textiles.
He is very shy.
