When you thought there's no light,
And there really was none,
When you thought no one really loved you,
And no one ever did,
When you thought life was an illusion,
And it never was,
When your nightmares are apart of your dreams,
And they really come true,
When your soul needs to rest,
But you push on thinking you'll live through it,
When life gives you so much pain,
That you just give in,
When life throws you pain,
And your body turns it into pleasure,
It hits hard when,
When they said they wouldn't leave,
But they forever did.
