We stayed a few hours watching the strippers do their thing, V's friend came over with a bottle of Champaign for my birthday and we proceeded to get drunk. V stands and holds his hand out, "come dance with me." Why the hell am I in this meeting, today is Jin's birthday and I am stuck in my office,  when Kwan walks in with Laura she runs to me and plasters herself next to me, I scoot over a little to put space between us but she just moves closer, I roll my eyes and I notice Yoongi smirking at me. "Oh did you tell Jungkook the good news Laura", Kwan says. "Oh, I almost forgot, we will be announcing our engagement tonight at the ball", she squeals. "What so soon, we aren't getting married anytime soon Laura so why announce it now", I say annoyed. 

"What do you mean wont happen anytime soon, Daddy you said within the month we would be married", she whined. My eyes went wide, "excuse me." "Laura stop that whining, no wonder you cant keep a man around, it is up to Jungkook when you will wed, not me", Kwan says huffing. This meeting was supposed to be for us to start going over how to go head to head with Kwan's friends company but now I know why, to drop that bombshell about the engagement announcement. After hours of talking about absolutely nothing, Kwan suggests we all go to lunch before getting ready for the ball, I reluctantly agree, hating leaving Jin by himself today.  

"Jungkookie-", Laura starts before I snap at her, "Don't call me that ever again." I walk away angrily, I wasted this whole day for absolutely nothing and didn't do anything with Seokjin I had planned, and I blame Kwan, I'd almost guarantee he did this on purpose. After we ate Kwan forced me to go to Laura's to get ready for tonight, she showed me the suit she bought me, a beautiful black Armani and a Blue diamond encrusted mask, "why did you buy me this." "You are going to be my husband soon, I need to start taking care of you", she walks up to me wrapping her arms around my neck and kissing me.

Seokjin

I haven't seen or heard from Jungkook since this morning when he texted me under that stupid secret account he uses, but he hasn't contacted me at all as himself, fuck him, I'm so tired of him. V texted me a few minutes ago and said he is coming to pick me up and take me for cake and ice cream, but when I opened the door him, RM and Jimin come into the house singing happy birthday and holding a big chocolate cake with lit candles. I started to cry and hugged them all, thanking them for the greatest birthday I ever had. V took my hand and led me to the balcony, shutting the door behind him.

"Surprise", he chuckles, "You are officially 18, I have something else for you." He hands me wrapped box, I look at him with tears in my eyes, "V" "Open it Jagiya", he says. When I do my eyes almost fall out of my head, it was a white gold and diamond Cartier bracelet, "V, I can't accept this, it's to much." "Seokjin, its not to much for you, you deserve the best of everything, think of it as a friendship bracelet, don't ever take it off", he kisses my forehead and says he has to go he has somewhere to be but that he would text me later. 

I walked back inside so that I could get ready for the ball, I was nervous, I wasn't sure if Jungkook was going to show up like he promised, I love him more than life itself but can I give myself to a man fully who can't even talk to me as himself and even wish me a happy birthday. I went upstairs and looked over the beautiful suit, I couldn't help but smile, I took a shower and applied lotion, then I did my hair, lastly I put on the beautiful suit. It hugged my body just right, showing off my curves and making my ass look damn good, my long legs look amazing and when I put the mask on it took my breath away, there is no way Jungkook will be able to resist me tonight.
