Jaden : that boy put up quite the fight , I could've lost .
I look at Logan in his unconscious state on the ground with many deep and bloody injuries on his body . I had to protect him , he is our only hope to win this war and I can't let him be taken away.
Chloe : Jaden , you know that the layrix are just playing with you and the CLAN stop this !
Jaden : I'm aware of that , but they pay us well , I need to take him out if i want to feed my men and if I want to be remembered, now move Chloe , a deals a deals and I don't want to hurt you
I take out my pocket knife and get in position , ready for battle against the person I once trusted .
Chloe : you'll have to get through me you son of a bi**h!
Jaden : you're really going to fight someone without an arm , anyways , I see you chose death (takes out knife) , fine then, let's go!
A DAY BEFORE
AUTHOR'S P.O.V
Adrian: I'm gay .
And just like that everyone was silent .
FLASHBACK
The squad made it out of caynor and are now entering Lorna , it was uncomfortably quite , so Chloe decided that a game of truth or dare would ease the tension .
Chloe : guys why don't we play truth or dare , youngest to oldest .
Kim : sure
Jay : that sounds fun
Layla : fine with me.
Logan : why not
Adrian : okay, I guess
Chloe : yay , okay , Layla your the youngest, you go first , truth or dare
Layla : truth
Kim : ooh , can I ask !?
Chloe : sure
Kim : okay , Layla have you had your first kiss , if so, with who?
Layla's eyes widen and her cheeks redden .
Layla : yeah , with..............with my brother (she says shyly)
Everyone's jaws drop even Adrian , but then he smirks
Adrian : why am I not surprised
Chloe : shut up! , okay I'm next! , Jay shoot
Jay : okay , umm..................... Truth or dare?
Chloe : dare!
Jay : I dare you .................. (Looks at the top mirror and sees Logan and smirks )
To give our Logan there a peck on the cheek .
Just as he said that , both Logan and Chloe blushed with Kim on the verge of bursting with laughter , she looks over to Chloe and wiggles her eyebrows , this didn't go unnoticed by Jay and realized that Chloe has a crush on Logan and his smirk grew into a fully fledged smile .
Jay : go on now , kiss the boy , kiss the boy , kiss the boy ........
Jay starts chanting while gently tapping the steering wheel , Layla , Kim and even Adrian joined in . Chloe leans close and pecks Logan's cheek , just then she covered her face in embarrassed and put her head on Logan's shoulder who was sitted next to her , still in shock .
Everyone including Adrian started laughing and even though Chloe was embarrassed, she loved the fact that they were happy and laughing together , she looked up from Logan's shoulder and saw him laugh .
Chloe's mind : he looks so cute! I hope he'll always be happy, even after he finds who I am and what I did .
Logan felt Chloe looking at him from his shoulder and looked her in the eye , they kept that contact for a while until Kim cleared her throat
Kim : geez , get a room ......... Anyways back to the game , Logan it's your turn ,whose gonna ask
Adrian : me!
Logan gulped and got nervous, he had no idea what Adrian was going to ask
Logan : okay
Adrian : good , truth or dare?
Logan : dare!
Adrian smirked and that made Logan even more nervous than he was .
Adrian : I dare you to be my Naruto
It was silent but in seconds they burst into laughter once again
Layla : *in-between her laughs* wait so you want Logan to be the Naruto to your what? Sasuke !
Adrian : as in , I want him to be my rival , I have people who I want to prove wrong that I AM strong and if I beat Logan who's the reincarnation of Queen Celein , I will definitely be respected
Logan : now that you said it , sure I will be you rival , so who's next
Jay : that would be Adrian , so truth or dare?
Adrian : truth
Jay: do you have feelings for Layla
Layla's eyes widened in shock , awaiting Adrian's answer
Adrian : no
Jay : why though , I mean she's pretty , might not have the best attitude but............
Layla : HEY!
Adrian : no she is pretty, it's just that ............. I'm gay
PRESENT TIME

Logan : just to be clear , you want me to be your rival and your rival ONLY right?
Adrian : of course you idiot! , Your not even my type
Layla : are you sure your gay? Because I get really straight vibes from you
Adrian : are you only saying that 'cause you want me , sorry but I'm pretty sure I'm not bi ( he says in a mocking tone)
Layla : whatever *roles her eyes*
Jay : OKAY! ,Kim your next .
Logan : can I ask?
Kim : sure
Logan : truth or dare?
Kim : truth
Logan : okay .........
Just when Logan was about to ask , the car stopped and Jay Turned around facing every one in the back
Jay: sorry to cut the game short , but we're here ! The campsite . He said but Kim Sensed something wrong
Kim : something's off
Chloe : why do you say that?
Kim : we're surrounded
Kim said with a straight face , everyone stiffens for a few seconds, but then ready themselves for whatever or whoever's outside .
Kim : Chloe we need a strategy
Chloe : already have one , on three , Kim , Logan and Layla , you guys get out and take out as many as you can
