Niara's Pov

Last night, we got back from the hospital and fell asleep really early.

Right now, Corbyn and I are decorating the back yard with balloons, banners and ribbons, pink and blue.

We aren't having a big party, it's only our friend group and some of our families. Gabbie and Lav are flying over and should be here any minute actually.

I walked back inside to grab the cupcakes, to see Lav running around the kitchen.

"Lavy!" I shouted as she ran to me. I picked her up and gave her the biggest hug. She looked so happy to see me.

"Ni!" Gabbie shouted as she ran in with Jack.

I ran over and hugged her. We stayed like that for a minute before she put her two hands on my belly.

"Ni your bump is so much bigger than mine" She laughed.

"I know it's getting really hard to walk like 1 mile"

Gabbie was wearing a really pretty dress. The bottom of the dress was blue while the top faded into pink.

Lav was wearing a cute little pink dress. She wants a baby girl cousin.

I grabbed Lav's hand as we walked out to Corbyn.

"Lav" He laughed as he walked over and took her into his arms. She wrapped her arms around
him and laughed.

Corbyn played with Lav for a few minutes while i sat with Gabbie.

"Ni he's going to be an amazing dad"

"I know he's literally perfect"

As we finished setting up, the others started to arrive.

"Niara!" Tate and Franny shouted as they ran over and hugged me. I haven't really seen anyone in a while. I've been really tired and just spending time with Corbyn and Zach.

Franny was wearing a pink skirt and top, while Tate was wearing blue jeans and a blue tank top.

"So Fran you want it to be a girl and Tate wants it to be a boy?" I asked.

"Yup"

I asked everyone to dress in blue or pink, but Corbyn, Gabbie, Jack and I are wearing both colours.

Daniel was wearing pink, while Jonah and Zach were wearing blue.

"Y'all really went all out with the decorating" Ashley laughed as she walked in with Jordan and the rest of the Besson family. Corbyn quickly went over to greet them.

Even though Corbyn was wearing both colours, i think he secretly wants a girl.

"I'm getting really impatient can y'all announce it now?" Zach asked.

Corbyn grabbed my hand as we walked to the top of the garden. Everyone quickly stopped talking and turned to us.

"Thank you all for coming to celebrate the gender of baby besson with us" Corbyn laughed.

"So if we could all go out to the front yard for the reveal"

Everyone went to the front yard, confused as to what was happening.

I took a deep breath as everyone started to countdown.

"5,4,3,2,1"

Jack came speeding around the corner with pink smoke coming out of his car.

Corbyn picked me up and spun me around. Everyone was cheering so loudly.

When Corbyn put me down i quickly started crying. I don't even know why i'm crying, all i know is that they are happy tears.

Gabbie and Lav ran over shouting. Everyone was so excited.

"Lav your gonna have a baby girl cousin!!" i laughed as she hugged me.

"ITS A GIRL ITS A GIRL ITS A GIRL" i heard Ashley shout as Corbyn hugged her.

"Even though i have a blue shirt on, i'm so happy it's a girl" Jonah laughed.

"I'm bummed yall can't call it Zach now" Zach chuckled as he walked over to me with Daniel.

"We all know Corbyn secretly wanted a girl" Daniel added.

"I'm gonna spoil your little princess"Franny laughed walking over.

"Can we take some pictures?"

After all the families left, it was just me, the boys and the girls.

We were all sat around a fire outside. It's really late and pitch black but we are all just chatting.

I'm cuddled up beside Corbyn with a blanket around us.

"Have you guys got any name ideas?" Jack asked.

"We haven't even thought about names yet but i'm sure we will very soon" Corbyn laughed.

"And before you all ask, we aren't telling you the name until she's born"

"What? No that's not fair" They all complained.

"Whatever i'm Corbyn's best friend and i'm Niara's best friend so fuck y'all one of them will end up spilling it to me" Zach laughed.

"Gabbie how long are you staying in LA for?" Franny asked.

"Actually we are going to stay until baby besson is born. I know it's a long time but Lav and I have nothing better to do. Plus from here until the actual birth, it gets really hard. I just want to be here for Niara"

"Yeah i'm not excited for contractions to sta-" I quickly sat up and held my stomach.

"Woah Ni what's wrong?" Corbyn asked.

I sat back and smiled.

"She's kicking"

Everyone had the biggest smile on their face. I took Corbyn's hand in mine and placed it where she was kicking.

"No way" Corbyn replied, shocked to what he was feeling.

The other girls quickly ran over to feel it.

We all just started laughing.

We spent the rest of the night talking about our futures.
