Return To Kamino

When the Marauder jumps out of hyperspace it flies into the planet of Kamino to land the Marauder in the hangar.
Once you landed you walked down the ramp that extended for you & clones approached you with their blasters raised & aimed at you. You placed your hands up & were immediately handcuffed by the clones & brought to the brig.

While you sat in the holding cell on Kamino you looked depressed but determined to save Crosshair.
You hear a door open & you look up to see Crosshair in his Imperial armor. Crosshair unlocks the cell & removes his helmet saying, "I'd figured you would show up." You look at the scar on the side of Crosshair's head saying, "Cross, what the hell happened to you?" You ask. "Insurgents. That is what happened. Not like you would care." Crosshair says. "I do care, Cross. That is why I came back here." You say. "Just you though? Where is the rest of the squad?" Crosshair asks as you let out a small chuckle. "You know I can't answer that." You reply. "You're always very stubborn." Crosshair says. "Yeah, who do you think I learned it from? Cross, you gotta snap out of it. The Empire, they are using you to get to the team. Can't you see that?" You ask. "At least the Empire treats me like I'm somebody." Crosshair says back. "Yeah, but would they like you if you were a nobody?" You say. "Nobody liked me when I was a nobody." Crosshair says. "Well I did! Cross, please." You say looking down & beginning to cry. Crosshair looked at you surprised to hear that you cared for him. "Before The Clone Wars, & before the Empire, before the lie. To me you were somebody Cross, now you're nothing, but a fake... You're a joke." You finish, crying.
Crosshair walks away & leaves you closing the cell door.

After what happened with you & Crosshair, you paced back & forth in the cell until Crosshair returned.
"What do you want with me now?" You ask, Crosshair opening the cell again & removing his helmet. "You should have told me where the squad was. Let's go." Crosshair says as you walk out of the cell with Crosshair.

After walking down a familiar corridor on Kamino you & Crosshair enter an open room, standing in front of you both is Rampart & clones.
You didn't know much about him but you knew he had something to do with Crosshair & the Empire.
"Y/N, is it? A pleasure to finally meet you." Rampart says. "I wish I could say the same thing to you." You reply. "I'm very curious about something, you escape from Kamino with Clone Force 99 & then return, one must wonder why?" Rampart asks as you look over at Crosshair. "I thought I knew why." You say. "Well a sticky situation for you. But a beneficial one for me. Since my commander failed to get the information from you, now it is my turn. Where is Clone Force 99?" Rampart asks as you chuckle. "If I didn't tell your "commander." What makes you think I would tell you?" You say. "Because unlike the commander, I'm willing to do whatever it takes." Rampart says as he orders the clones around him to aim their blasters at Crosshair.
Crosshair looking at them & then Rampart. "What is this?" Crosshair asks. "Means of persuasion. I know that Y/N cares about you, even after everything you did. But, does she care enough about you to let you live?" Rampart asks as you look at Cross, worried. "Apparently not." Rampart says as you speak up for yourself. "Stop!" You scream as Cross looks at you. "I'll tell you... They are hiding out on a farm... On Saleucami." You say as Crosshair looks down. "Now that wasn't so hard, was it?" Rampart says as the clones he ordered to aim at Crosshair fire they're weapons at Crosshair & he collapses to the ground.
"Cross!" You scream as the clones look over at you. "Consider this a consequence of your actions, you should have answered the first time we asked." Rampart says as you run over to Crosshair. "Cross... Wake up..." You say. No response.
"Prepare for departure to Saleucami. & bring Y/N with us." Rampart orders to one of the clones beside him.

You grab Crosshair's sniper rifle & point it towards Rampart. Before you got the chance to fire you are stunned & you collapse to the ground next to Crosshair. "Too slow, young one." Rampart says as he boards his ship with the clones.

You wake up handcuffed to one of the bunks in the back of the Marauder, up front, you can see two Imperial troopers flying the Marauder through hyperspace.
"We have the coordinates of the farm's location. We will be there within the hour." A trooper says to you as you whisper to yourself. "I gotta warn Hunter..." You say as you try to wiggle out of their handcuffs. You soon become frustrated & place your head on the bunk in front of you & close your eyes.

Flashback

Before you were sent to Kamino you ran into The Bad Batch before you left your village. You are handcuffed to a branch & Crosshair is with you.
"Hunter is going to kill you if I don't come back. You know that right?" You say to Cross. "Well... Get yourself out. & that won't be a problem." Crosshair replies. "I'm handcuffed to a tree, how in the hell am I supposed to get out of this?" You ask. "Simply break the cuffs. It isn't as difficult as you might think." Cross says. "Who am I? Wrecker? Surely he could break out of cuffs but there is no way I can do that." You say. "Use what you are handcuffed on as a leverage to break the cuffs. Pull toward yourself as hard as possible. Popping your elbows out." Crosshair orders as you sigh & do as instructed. Within a few seconds you are free. "Hey! I did it!" You say excitedly. "I knew you could." Crosshair says as you smile. "But wait... What about if I'm not handcuffed to something?" You ask. "I will have Hunter teach you that one. Later." Crosshair says.

You open your eyes & wipe a tear away before repeating the steps to break the handcuffs. Once broken, the cuffs fall backwards.
"Hey!" A clone says raising their blaster at you. You quickly grab a blaster under the bunk & stuns the trooper. Before the other trooper can react you stun him as well. "Thank you Wrecker." You say to yourself as you hop in the pilot seat & jump on the comms.

Saleucami

"It has been three days. I can't wait anymore, Cut. What if something happened to her?" Hunter asks. "I'm sure everything is fine, Hunter... I--" Cut pauses as you call through the comms.
On comms you say, "Hunter... Do you hear me? Hunter?" "Y/N! What the hell were you thinking!" Hunter replies. "Spare me the lecture. We have bigger problems. The Empire knows where you all are at. You gotta get Cut, Sue, Omega, & the kids out of there." You say. "What?! How did this happen?" Hunter asks as you sigh. "It--it is a long story. Just get them to the city square. I will meet you there with the Marauder." You say. "What about Crosshair?" Hunter asks as you have a flashback of Crosshair getting shot & you calling his name. "I was too late, Hunter. I tried to help him. But I couldn't." You say. "We are going to get him back. I promise. He isn't gone yet, Y/N." Hunter says. "Hunter... I-" You say as Hunter interrupts you. "We will see you in the city center." Hunter says as the comms disconnect.
A single tear rolls down your face. "I killed Crosshair..."
