Chapter. 7

Josh's POV

I wake up the next morning. I kiss Kats forhead before getting out of her bed and going to hop in the shower. About 5 minutes in I hear the shower door open and Kat walks in.

"Why didn't you wake me?" She ask. Kissing my lips.

"You needed your rest besides I had a better way of waking you up." I say pushing her against the shower wall kissing her. I was kissing on her neck when we hear knocking on the door.

"Katrina Brown where are you?"  We hear someone say.

"Its our moms" I say.

"Damn, do we even want our moms to know. We've been really quiet about everything." She says. Then screams: coming. To her mom and mine.

"I mean I don't think we have a choice were in here together booty butt ass naked. I'm sure they will notice." I say. She nods

"Katrina Brown and Josh Lewis out of the bathroom now." She says. I love Mrs.Brown she is my second mom. She scares the shit out of me. Me and Kat step out of the shower each grabbing a towel. I wrap mine around my waist while Kat wraps hers around her body.  We head for the door.

Kat Pov

As soon as Josh opens the bathroom door not only is my mom but his. I love  Mrs. Lewis like she was my second mom but she scares the shit out of me. I head to my closet and Josh follows while the questions starts.

"Are yall together?, When did this happen?, Why didn't yall tell us?, Are yall getting married?" They ask taking turns. As we finish getting dressed in the closet.

"Yes we are together, this is pretty new." I say Josh comes in.

"We didn't tell yall because there was nothing to tell, we were new and figuring things out. We only really talked last night the last two weeks have been weird." He says. I nodded.

I head to the kitchen and I start the coffee while Josh pulls out the eggs and I pull out the grits and the bacon.

"Real question is what are yall doing here. Yall normally don't arrive until at least two pm its only nine forty-three?" Josh asks.

"We were checking on you and also we needed to see what all we needed to pick up from the store for dinner later on tonight." Mrs. Lewis says.

"Yall could of just texted me I would have let yall known." I say. As I finish fixing all the bacon and grits as Josh finish up the eggs.

"Its Saturday we wouldn't have thought you would have been up or busy." Mrs. Lewis says setting out plates. At my round table.

"Whats with the third degree we are yall moms and best to believe we know everything. We know about that hospital visit." Mom says. I blush and Josh laughs.

"Thats embarrassing." I say taking out the orange juice.  We fix our plates and drinks and sit down to eat.

"How did you even find out?" Josh  asks. Our moms look at each other and back at us.

"Rita!" They say. We say a silent prayer before eating.

"I forgot Mrs Rita was even there." Josh mumbles.

"It was nothing big." I say. Josh chuckles .

"Thats what she said." He say. Before I can smack him my mom and his beat me to it.

"No. Not at the table, use your manners." I say. He pouts and keeps to eating.

"Clearly it was if you had to go to the hospital to begin with. And Josh had to carry you. Then you didn't even have the nerve yo call so your momma can take care of you. " My moms says.
