Chapter.11

Kat POV

On Thursday evening, I get a text from Josh letting  me know we were leaving Friday night and coming back Tuesday. I got to work getting everything together so that the shop was covered. I texted Zoe to see if she wanted to hang out while I packed.

"Are you excited?" She asks. While I'm sitting in the foor flooding clothes to go into my suitcase.

"I am always excited. I'm worried this time. This is the first trip we've been on as an official couple. " I say.  I take a sip of my wine.

"I know things haven't me biscuits and gravt since you and him started dating, but Josh always only has the best intentions for you, so you know he would never hurt, not intentionally."She says. I nod.

"It seems a whole lot like I have been getting caught in the cross hairs of his stress. And I know he apologized or is trying to, but yeah. It's stressing me out. It shouldn't be this this fast, so I need this weekend to work out." I say.

"You're not giving up this fast, I won't let you. You finally got him, and that was the part that was the hardest on you. Sure, there are bumps. I mean, look at Chris and I. We can't even agree on one thing, and we're not even together. You Josh have had 22 tears. If learning and having a hundred more to get it right, it's not meant to be easy."She says.

"Yeah enough about me. I have been so in my own stuff since the cookout. I forgot to ask about you and Chris. What's going on there?" I ask. She fakes faint.

"Honestly, I don't. At first, it was the same excuse that you were getting from Josh, but I don't think that's even it anymore? How about you go enjoy your trip and I work on getting answers. I should head out and get to work imma call you tomorrow." She says, standing up and hugging me.

"OK. I love you, and even though I'm on my trip, if Chris does something stupid, don't hesitate to call me." I sat hugging her. She nods, opening the door. Josh happens to be standing there with his key in hand. She wishes goodnight and gets in her car. We wait for her to pull off before we go in the house.

Josh walks up behind me, wrapping his arms around me. Kissing my neck and biting my ear.

"Mmm, as much as I love this, I have to finish packing.  I say. Trying to get out of his grip. He sticks his hands in my pants rubbing my clit.

"I will help you pack right now. Let me have some fun." He says. He swayed us back in the fourth while doing this. I'm hold his arms as this is going on.

"Jos.. oh my.... " Mt words get stuck in my throat as I feel my orgasm coming.  I lose it when he uses his his other hand to pinch my nipple through my shirt.

"That's it baby let go I got you." He says. While holding me up as my legs have gave in.

"Whew I still gotta pack and now I'm tired and need a shower." I say whining.

"I got it. If you have everything you want to bring lais out I can pack that and anything else you might need. " He says. I nod yeah.

"Ok I'm mostly bringing dresses. And then I have my pants and shirts i want them folded as an outf..." I say hut Josh cuts me off..

"I know how you pack your stuff it hasn't changed since we were 12 and 14. Now go do what you need to and I will join you later. Go be great." He says. Pushing me out of my living room onto the back. I take a quick shower and go lay in bed. I doze off.
I can tell Josh showered when he climbs on the bed with me. He wraps  his arm around me.

"Did I mention I'm gonna marry you. "He says. I smile.

"Some like that. I can't wait to be your wife." I say. And he pulls me closer to his chest. Kissing my shoulder and that's how we fall asleep.

Next morning

I wake up at 11 to a text from Josh letting me know he has already packed all my stuff into the car and that he went home to grab his own stuff and then he coming back to pick me up so we can hit the road. I go get ready and fix something to eat. I get in the car and got to Victoria secret and target to grab some last minute items. I also get me  a paradise drink with vanilla sweetcream cold foam before driving home packing a mini duffle with the stuff I bought from Victoria secret and target and anything I need that I didn't lay out last night.

Josh pulls up half an hour later coming and grabbing my mini duffle while I grab my purse putting my charger in there.

"So before we drove 4 hours. We are stopping to see our moms so they don't have a heart attack. Josh says and I laugh.

"So that's why we leaving so early. " I say.

"I don't know about you, but they scare me o would rather keep my balls and just see them. We can get a basket full of snacks from Walmart."He says . And I nod. He droves for about 20 minutes before pulling into his moms yard.

They rush outside, hugging us and giving us kissed.

"Now don't come back unless you are pregnant with my grand baby or engaged. "My moms say.

"To soon." I say and she shrugs, kissing me one last time. Josh and I get on the car and leave we stop by walmart before hitting the road.

A four hour drive. I took a nap, and when I woke up we had two hours left. This was going to be a long drive.
