"Mom! MOM!"
Iris woke up from her twisted nightmare
She heard her daughter screaming and scared
Before she took off to check on Jackie
She saw the other half of the bed empty
She remembered the dream that brought truth to the lies
That told her that Arthur was now a pile of sins in disguise
Her mind was lost in a storm
She reached her kids' room door
Jackie uttered "Arthur" like it was the last word she spoke
She signaled her mother to end it once and for all
Jackie told David to pack everything he had
While Iris searched for Arthur with a plan
The house was empty of a sinful heart
So she walked outside and reached the barn
She stood at its door with an exhausted face
But she knew it was the last step before she could be saved
