Choi Beomgyu x Kang Taehyun

A/N: It's a very short chapter but it's a relievingone for the people who have been rooting for Taehyun (which should be everybody).
Date: December 21st
"Are you gonna spend Christmas with us?" Kai asked, placing reindeer antlers on Taehyun's head.
He shrugged and looked at all the students that were talking about what they were doing over Christmas break. He then looked at his transfer forms in his binder.
He didn't tell his friends he was leaving because he was already gonna miss them enough. Listening to heartfelt goodbyes from them wasn't gonna make it any easier.
The only reason he was leaving was because people were still tormenting him, calling him names and touching him, and the faculty wasn't doing anything about it.
Again, for the billionth fucking time, it was all Beomgyu's fault.
"I might be coming over. I don't know yet." He looked out the window. "I might spend it with my family."
*The next day*
"Where are you going?" Beomgyu asked, following Taehyun out as the younger put his suitcases in the trunk of a taxi.
"Why do you care?"
"Just... where are you going?"
Taehyun sighed and shut it. It was nighttime, it was cold, and he just wanted to get on the train so he could take a nap after packing all day.
"It's over Beomgyu, okay?" As always, he had tears in his eyes, but who wouldn't be crying in this situation? "You want me out of your life? Fine! I don't mind leaving you. But you're making me leave my friends. Remember that."
"I didn't make you do anything."
Taehyun rolled his eyes, but nodded. "A sequence of events that you started. You are not the thing making me leave, but what you did led to those things. After everything we've been through together, you just... ruined it! You became the person you hate the most. A bully."
He went to go get in the car but Beomgyu grabbed his hand. "Stop. Where are you going? Just come inside-"
"I'm going home now," Taehyun smiled softly and hugged him for the first time in three months. "Thank you for everything you did before you changed. You were an amazing friend, Beomgyu. Thank you for that."
He pulled away to get in the car and Beomgyu watched him leave for good.
A/N: In English we have to write about ten people who are all going to the same place and why. They can either be fictional or real. I'm doing different K-Pop idols who are all going to hear a speech about human rights. One of the idols I chose was Yeonjun because he's a well-known ally of the LGBT community. He makes me feel so loved and I love him 🥺.
