Chapter 8 - Gathering

Phineas' POV

"Huh? What plan?" Katie asked.

"Let's gather up and I'll explain on our house." I said. I just feel like it would be best to explain the plan at our house so it would be like a private gathering.

I walked at our house along with the Fireside Girls. Of course, except Isabella. It wasn't long until we found ourselves hanging at our backyard.

"So?" Katie asked, yet again.

"We need Candace on this one." I replied. I need her, she has kind of a major part on the plan.

"You called?" Then she came out of nowhere, not literally but she was fast to reply.

"That was fast."

"Eh. Got nothing to do since you bailed the house early without me noticing that I haven't told mom about your scheme today. What is your scheme today, anyway?" She asked, but personally that's not really important. I think I have to focus now is the plan.

"Not the best time to ask, actually."

"Well, what did you call me for, if I may ask." Well that I can answer.

"I need you for a plan."

"What plan?" She asked, I think everyone already asked and everyone anticipated long enough so here it is.

"Okay, the plan is..."

Hours Later

Isabella's POV

I had enough of crying. I stood up from the dock and went home. It was just a moment of time until I found myself at our house. I sat on our couch and sighed in relief.

Then suddenly, I heard a knock on the door. I wonder could it be? I came to the door and opened it. Then I saw Ferb with an envelope from his hand.

"Ferb what is this?" I asked but he remained silent, only giving me the letter. The usual Ferb..

And then I saw a message on the back of the letter. I first closed the door and sat on the couch again before I read it.

Follow the directions I tell you to
And you'll find out who has a secret crush on you.

The letter saying and what?! I have a secret admirer?! Maybe Phineas.. Eh, not likely. But maybe Phineas will get jealous on this admirer or maybe I'm just too far back with this.

"Okay?" I said to myself, after I read the whole thing at the back of the message. Then I found out that there is still a message on the envelope so I pulled the letter out and read it.

A place where teens hang out all day
Is where you'll see a friend that has something to say.

"Is this some kind of a game? Oh well, I'm not busy or anything. Might as well."

"Mom, I'm coming out to.. Some place." I said to my mom that was preparing food at the kitchen.

"Where?" She shouted back.

"I don't know mom."

"What do you mean you don't know?" She asked. I went to the kitchen and went to my mom to explain the whole thing.

"This message was given by Ferb the day today and the message is pertaining to a certain place. Read it if you know what it is." I showed the message to my mom and she think of the place at first then she snapped her finger already having an idea of what the place is at.

"Well, teens always hang out at the mall." Yes! Of course! The mall. Now I have to go to the mall and see who the friend is that has something to say.

"Of course! Thanks mom."

"Now since I know where you're heading, of course I'll give you the permission to go."

"Thanks again. Bye!"

Then I walked to the mall and searched the entire place. The mall is kind of spacious so it will be hard to find that friend the letter is pertaining to and plus, the letter didn't said anything specific about that certain friend.

I searched even more until I saw a familiar face, orange haired, long neck and the usual clothing.

"Candace?"

"Hey Candace." I went towards her and greeted.

"Oh hey. Just the person I was looking for. I just want to say you're on the right track with this game and yes, I'm a part of this, don't ask. Also I want to give you this, given by your secret admirer." So Candace is the friend the letter was saying about and of course the letter make sense because she goes to the mall a lot. And by that, I really mean a lot.

The thought of him spending his time to buy me flowers is just so adorable and romantic. Giving flowers is so simple but I couldn't complain, it is effective at a time.

"Flowers? He shouldn't have."

"Oh believe me, he should have. Also here is another letter." What Candace said confuses me. Does my secret admirer done something wrong for him to make this move?

"Okay. Thanks."

"You're welcome. Now excuse me I have to go shopping." I know she will go shopping after this. No teen can't resist the urge of being in a shopping spree especially when they are inside a mall and so I let her be.

"Okay. See you in a few." I waved goodbye at Candace who were already in the clothing section.

As usual, the envelope has a short poem at the back. Once again, I read what it say.

I hope you like this flowers
Given to you by your secret admirer.

Yes, I received it. For who this secret admirer is and if I get to find out who he is, I wanted to thank him for the effort of buying me flowers. The fact that he spend his time buying me flowers is just so sweet.

Then I pulled yet another letter inside the envelope.

A place where kids play
As there are still some sun rays.

Hmm.. This "secret admirer" wants to play this way. I like it.
