"Yeah, we can. I have a question for you.", says Jax joining Gemma on the couch.

"Yay! Alright what's your question?", replies Gemma wrapping her arms around Jax.

"Would it be odd if we both moved out of our households now and moved into the treehouse?" asked Jax, curious to see Gemma's reaction to the question.

"Uh... no, that would be awesome actually. We should, That's why I mentioned grabbing things from my house in the first place, I was thinking you would think I was crazy if I told you," replied Gemma, still cuddling Jax.

"I love that idea although we have to get permission from our parents first of course.", said Jax.

"Of course yeah.", replied Gemma in agreement.

After talking with their parents Gemma and Jax have decided to move into the treehouse full time yet still have their bedrooms at their households for one reason or another.

This meant that there was more redecorating that needed to be done. With the treehouse in its final stages of remodeling, Jax and Gemma took a trip into town to go visit The heart and mountain, the town's favorite furniture store.

"Gem, what type of furniture would look good in the treehouse?", asks Jax as the two enter The heart and mountain. "I was thinking of clean white and silver colors, maybe a modern look?", suggests Gemma as the two start to browse the store's wares and pieces.

"I love that Idea!"replies Jax, who is looking at a simple convertible sofa.

"We should get this sofa.", says Jax pointing at the sofa he was looking at.

"Alright, price?" says Gemma asking as she walks over to the couch that Jax was looking at.

"Tag says 1,750. Yes or no? I vote yes!", replies Jax showing Gemma the tag.

"Yes!", says Gemma in full agreement smiling.

"Did you find anything?", asks Jax, looking at Gemma happily.

"I did. I found this really cute bay window curtain set that's white and this pots and pans set, as well as a huge set of silverware, plates, and bowls. Did you find any cups or mugs?", says Gemma excitedly.

"Perfect then, I also found a coat rack, a welcome mat, and more storage for our clothes and things.", adds Gemma.

"I think we are all set then. Let's checkout and head home to the treehouse.", replies Jax looking over the things in a couple of shopping carts that surround him.

"Need help?", said Gemma laughing.

"No.," said Jax in reply with a smile.

Back at the treehouse, the group that was Mr. Beckett, Mrs. Beckett, and Mrs. Rose weren't doing major updates just small ones like touching up the paint, fixing broken cabinets, getting new appliances, getting even better plumbing, and hanging up the framed beach photoshoot pictures from a while ago and finishing the kitchen so that Jax and Gemma could call this home.

"This is amazing. Thank you!", exclaimed Gemma entering the newly remodeled treehouse.

"Wow! Dad, Mom, and Mrs.Rose you have outdone yourselves Thank you.", said Jax grateful with a beaming smile.

Gemma had finished looking around and then joined the group.

"Thank you! I cannot believe how amazing this looks. ", Gemma said with a huge smile.

"You both are very welcome!", said Mrs. Beckett with a warm smile.

----A few hours later----

"Alright, Gem, what's next on your birthday list of things to do?" asks Jax curiously.

"Can we go to the beach for dinner?" asked Gemma as her stomach growled.

"We most certainly can, I love you silly.", says Jax getting up and heading to the kitchen, grabbing food out of the fridge and pantry to put in the picnic basket.

As Jax got the picnic baskets packed, Gemma was getting changed into more comfortable clothes to go to the beach.

"Are you ready to go?", asked Jax who looked up from the kitchen where he was packing the picnic basket.

"Yup, I am!", said Gemma bursting with excitement.

"Great, let's go beautiful.", said Jax beaming.

---- At the beach, 6:29 p.m. ----

"The sunset is gorgeous,'' said Gemma, leaning her head on Jax's shoulder.

"It is beautiful and so are you. Anyway, I have one more gift for you!", Said Jax looking at Gemma who was sitting on a blanket digging her feet deeper in the sand.

"What did you get me?", asked Gemma eagerly.

"Just wait a minute!", said Jax running up the beach to get something.

"Go Girl!", Jax yells at the top of the beach hill.

As Gemma turns around she sees a playful young yellow lab bounding down the beach toward her and Jax not far behind.

"Babe! You got us a dog?", asks Gemma.

"Yep, wait- I got you a dog. Her name is Pumpkin, she's a yellow lab! She's yours, she's your service dog babe. ", replies Jax.

"Do you like her?", asked Jax sitting down next to Gemma on the blanket.

"Like her? I love her! Thank you silly!", says Gemma, kissing her boyfriend on the cheek.

"I'm glad you love her.", replies Jax, picking up Pumpkin and hugging Gemma.

"Jax, when do you get your familiar?", asks Gemma curiously.

"Babe I get mine in 2 weeks.", responds Jax calmly.

"Why do you keep asking? Are you nervous?", adds Jax.

"I mean.... I am... What if we can't handle school, taking care of Pumpkin and taking care of ourselves?", says Gemma trying not to cry.

"Babe, we got this! If we can't handle this it just means we have to slow down, that's all okay?", says Jax reassuring Gemma with a hug.

"Woof, woof!", says Pumpkin pawing at Gemma's leg.

"Hey Pumpkin," says Gemma, picking up Pumpkin and reading her vest calmly and smiling.

"Babe it's after 9:30 do you want to head home? We could use the rest. It's been a long day. ", replies Jax, grabbing Gemma's hand.

"Let's go home.", Says Jax with a yawn.
