Hug of a Werewolf; A Werewolf Romance

Chapter 14

April, 10th, 2021; 3:00 p.m.

- At the waterpark -

"Let's go, I'm so excited. The water feels so good already.", says Gemma practically screaming at the top of her lungs over the sound of splashing water, kids yelling and laughing and people enjoying themselves.

"Stop screaming!", says Theo and Jax in unison.

Harper laughs. 

"You're crazy.", says Gemma laughing as the 5 of them are walking to find open seats.

"I am tho?", says Jax smiling.

"YES!", says Gemma, Theo and Harper in unison.

"Let's go then.", exclaims Theo, smiling as he stops underneath a splash bucket that dumps on him as his jaw drops from the shock of cold water splashing him.

"Alright! Race ya then.", says Gemma with a smile. 

" You're on.", says Theo, running 10 times ahead of Gemma.

"CHEATER!", says Gemma, catching up to Theo and splashing him with a cold splash of a wave.

"Fine, I cheated.", says Theo, smiling as he starts splashing Gemma back with a huge wave of salty chlorine.

"Rude!", says Gemma with a smirk, as she starts swimming circles around Theo.

"CANNONBALL!!", says Jax without warning, making a huge splash into the middle of the pool. 

"Give us a warning next time.", says Gemma laughing as she splashes her boyfriend as she did not even get to finish her sentence Pumpkin is by the edge of the pool whimpering as if she wanted to get into the pool.

A little while later, the 5 of them decided to head back up to 234, Jax, and Gemma's room.

They decided to order room service and watch a movie on Netflix; A week away.

While some of them showered the others hung out and relaxed

---10:30 P.M.--- 

The food had arrived, Jax then turned on the tv and signed into Gemma's Netflix account.

Gemma then playfully snatched the tv remote and searched the results for A week away.

She laughs as she confirms the movie results, it starts to play. Jax was laying on the bed. Gemma hopped onto the bed giggling as she curls up in her boyfriend's arms.

- An hour and 37 minutes later -

The movie had ended. Gemma was fast asleep, a smile spread across her face peacefully.

"She's asleep.", says Jax, looking over at Theo who was trying not to fall asleep, as he waits up for Harper to fall asleep first, making sure she's safe.

"Aww, she looks cute.", says Theo smiling at a peacefully sleeping Harper.

- The next day; 10:30 a.m. -

Everyone was awake, as the 4 of them started to get ready for the day. They had lots planned for the days ahead. 

Those plans consisted of black light mini golf, an escape room, surf lessons (at the wave rider) and more.

"The surf lessons are first on the list for today.", says Theo cheerfully.

"I'm going to out surf all of you.", says Jax teasingly with a smile as he rubs sunscreen under his eyes and on his nose.

"You sure about that?", says Gemma laughing as she slips on her tie dye bathing suit, jean shorts, pink Birkenstocks and a white lace bathing suit cover up.

"Gosh, look at my hot girl.", says Jax, grabbing Gemma from behind so that his bare chest touched her back as he helped her to tie her bathing suit.

While Jax helped Gemma with her swimsuit Theo and Harper were a huge help as they got Pumpkin geared up into her waterproof vest and collar.

"Gosh! Gem, how do you put this vest on her everyday?", says Theo struggling mumbling to himself. 

"It's truly very simple.", says Gemma laughing as Jax finished tying her bathing suit back. Gemma then walked over to Theo and patiently showed him and Harper how to put on the vest.

"You call that SIMPLE?", says Theo almost in a shocked and angry tease.

"Yes, it truly is babe. You're just not every patient.", says Harper laughing.

"I mean it should not be this stupidly hard to put a SD vest on a dog!!!", says Theo, upset. 

"That's true though.", says Harper laughing at Theo being upset.

" Are you guys done whining about the stupid vest?", says Jax frustrated as he starts to about head out of the hotel room.

"Yeah, we are. Sorry Mr. Impatient.", says Harper as she stifles a laugh, following Jax out of the hotel room, followed by Gemma and Theo.

"Shut up Harper.", says Jax walking to the elevator slowly mumbling to himself. 

"He's grumpy. He did not get enough sleep last night I believe.", says Gemma as she stops walking in her tracks and closes her eyes, trying to get the room to stop spinning as Pumpkin tries to get her to sit on the floor, right then and there.

"Make m- Gemma are you okay?", says Harper stopping mid sentence once she realized what was happening as she texted the boys to get back upstairs, as they were now on the hotel lobby floor.

10 minutes later; the attack had passed. 

"Are you okay now baby?", says Jax smiling as he holds Gemma close in his arms still sitting on the hotel floor near the elevator.

"Yeah I am.", says Gemma checking her stats on her Apple watch, sighing.

Due to Gemma's attack, the 4 of them went back to their room and relaxed, watching Netflix, editing YT videos and playing on their Nintendo switches.

"You okay now girl?", says Harper leaning in the doorway of the bathroom as Gemma calmly and gently washes her face and takes off her makeup.

"I'm okay now Harper. Thanks for your help back there.", says Gemma looking up in the mirror, making eye contact with Harper.

"No problem girl. No problem. Pumpkin you did a great job back there girl.", says Harper crossing to the bath mat and sitting down where Pumpkin was laying.

Pumpkin knew Harper well, despite just meeting Harper and Theo just meeting her a few days ago.

The group was really enjoying themselves. Whether it was hanging out in the hotel room, or relaxing by the pool.
