Maria's Donor

CHAPTER 17[MONTH 5& 6]

Her five month check up came and her belly was really growing ,  her gynecologist told her she must expect an early delivery because her babies were growing. James on the other hand was on cloud nine with planning the room his children were to sleep in , and he felt himself fall in love with Maria everyday they spent together.

"Hey king." She greeted as he entered her door with a bag full of toilet paper and air freshener, she laughed.

"What's with the groceries?" She asked walking towards him , he placed them on he counter turned to face her.

"The guys refused to let use bathroom so I came here and don't worry I brought some back-up." He said lifting the plastic bag, she laughed at him.

"Why do you keep eating the Barbeque food then , you want to traumatised my nostrils too." She said looking at him.

"Maria, we will have this discussion in 30 minutes." He said making her way to her bathroom. She laughed and went back to watching her show after she left some hand washing liquid by the door. She finished her episode of MTV the challenge. She heard him spray the air freshener , she laughed , he came down and put an empty bottle the air freshener in the bin with some toilet rolls , she laughed covering her mouth. He sat next to her and laid his head on her laps , he started this habit a week ago and she was oddly fine with it.

"Do you think you'll be able to date again?" He asked closing his eyes.

"I'm not sure, but not right now." She replied massaging his sculpt,  he liked it.

"Why?" He asked opening his eyes.

"For starters I feel like when a guy likes someone they go out of their way to make sure the girl is always they make her a priority but once she says yes to dating them he relaxes he doesn't have that zing he had when he wanted to date her, then again I'll be a mom of two." She explained looking at him, he nodded.

"Not all guys are the same and mom's are kinda hot." He replied with a smile , she smacked his forehead and he laughed. They spoke more about their opinions on different topics like relationships, religion , life itself and they really enjoyed it and learnt new things from each other.

Today was the day of her gender reveal , she was 6 months preganat now.

"Are you excited for the gender reveal?" Rosalia sang excitedly, they were at her house getting ready , James was consumed with work.

"I'm nervous really." She replied standing up , she wore a red maxi dress which was an African print with puffy sleeves and sandals. They got in her Lexus 570 and drove slowly to her parents villa.

"So is he coming?" Rosalia asked looking at her.

"I don't know , I think so , he said he might be late but make it." She replied taking deep breaths. James parents arrived earlier and people thought they were distant cousins , his father told his wife to play along with it because once again he knew the stunt his son was playing.

"Well I hope your babymoon is somewhere in Europe because I'm going there for a month with Andre to see his dad in the big race." Rosalia said with a smile, Maria was happy for her.

"Then Luxembourg it is." She said looking at her with a smile they arrived around 3pm they were late. She got out of the car and they walked inside , people greeting her and congrdulating her on the baby .

"Who told them the baby daddy Richardson is in Thailand?" Maria asked looking at Rosalia.

"They probably didn't want to tarnish the picture perfect image they have." Rosalia replied sipping her wine, Maria nodded her family could reach that level of pettiness. They spoke together about places they would go to once she was on her babymoon.

"What's are they here?" Rosalia said giving a stank look to the Deri family but Damien wasn't there, Maria looked at them and smiled when they waived.

"Last I heard they put him in rehab." Maria said to Rosalia who was giv9ng them a death glare.

"Its time!" Her mother said looking at the crowd , she grabbed Maria's hand and walked with her to the little cake set up.

"So all you have to do is pull this string and we will see your sisters said you were going to like it." Her mom said looking at her , she nodded , she felt someone glaring at her , she looked up and her eyes landed on James , he had a smile on his face he was really excited , Roger was there with him. She took a deep breath and closed her eyes and pulled the string , she opened her eyes and blue butterflies flew out of nowhere it was really beautiful , there was a smile on her face she was happy and had tears in her eyes. She looked up and there was a plane flying a sign written 'they are boys ' in blue , her sisters did go all out on the gender reveal.

She hugged her mom tightly and her mom had a shed some tears , then her dad too , her sisters hugged her and she thanked them. Then a swarm of people came congratulating her, with gifts and kisses. Once the people congratulating her were done, she walked away from the crowd she was looking for him.

"Looking for someone?" His voice making a permanent smile on her face , she turned around and looked at him.

"You were right." She said taking slow steps towards him , he walked towards her with a smile. He hugged her tightly and she hugged him back, they were both happy, he looked into her eyes which were glossy from the tears.

"So baby number three." He said looking at her and she laughed and shook her head no. His parents who were watching from afar with smiles on their faces.

"I told you they were dating." His mother said looking at her husband he shrugged and they joined the crowd. He held her hand as they walked back to his car.

"I can't believe I'm having two boys." She said with a smile , she was over the moon.

"That means I don't have to change any of the plans , I almost broke a sweat there." He said looking at her, he was happy on cloud nine.

"I feel like I'm in seventh heaven, thank you for being boys." He said touching her belly and bending down to kiss it.

"So when do you leave for your babymoon?" He asked as he leaned against his car holding her hands.

"In December these kiddos might arrive in January or early February." She said looking at him with a smile , he pulled her closer and looked into her eyes.

"Where will you be going?" He asked whispering.

"Luxembourg, I booked this cottage which is in the forest near a pond it looks like a fairytale from the pictures." She said with a smile, he hugged her softly.

"You'll be leaving me." He said with a soft voice in her neck , she felt heat rise to her cheeks, with a smile on her face.

"You're welcome to join, besides it's just two weeks." She said looking at him he nodded then theu heard a scoff, they looked and saw Roger.

"Just kiss already." He said getting in the car and slamming the door.

"Looks like someone got rejected." He teased with a smile, he let go of Maria and got in the car.

"I'll see you before you leave." He said looking at her , she nodded and said her goodbye and walked back , then there were blue fireworks , they both looked up and smiled. She went to were everyone was and sat down on one of the chairs, she looked at how everyone was having a blast.
