CHAPTER 21

Her parents came in as soon as visiting hours began, her mom took pictures and videos. Her father on the verge of crying his secretly favourite daughter was now a mom. Her family stayed for sometime then left Jame had gone to change at home. He came back with his family following behind him, his mother was over the moon.

"I love the names , J&J perfect." His mother said kissing the babies , Maria was happy she felt unexplainable Iove for her two boys. Visiting hours were over and it was just her and James.

"So mama bear , how is it that our sons get to her your boobs before I do?" He asked as they changed the diapers, James was wearing a face mask.

"I don't know you tell me James." She said looking at him with a wink, she was literally glowing. He looked at her and shook his head , they finished changing the diapers and he sanitised his hands and changed his clothes.

"You're such a dram queen." She said as she laid on the bed and looked at him holding Jireh.

"I'm not, Maria , I'm just a hygiene person." He said holding Jeremiah , she laughed and looked at him.

"Sure papa bear." She said looking at him, he shrugged she looked at him holding Jeremiah ,she never felt love as she felt it right now,  looking at him hold their son was just it for her.

"Looks like I'm not the only to stares Jeremiah." James said looking at his son , she scoffed.

"Oh please , James you take starring to a whole different level." She said looking at him, he looked at her with a playful smirk.

"I don't." He said looking at her , he was sitting by an armchair close to her hospital bed.

"You do." She said looking at him.

"Okay starring contest then." He said looking at her.

"You'll definitely win." We said as we looked into his eyes , he looked  into her eye with a playful smirk , she noticed it and she looks at him her eyes not moving from his. There was a knock on the door and she looked at the door.

"I win." He said smiling.

"That's just proves how you are king at staring." She replied looking at him, his friends came in with flowers and ballons , singing a baby song and the babies woke up. They all took turns holding the twins and they cried when Saint , Gideon and Roger held them, Maria laughed.

"I guess they know how we were awful blindates." Saint said looking at Jireh in his arms who was now silent.

"You weren't that bad." She said smelling the flowers with a smile , James shot her a death glare ,which she shrugged to.

"Besides I've been on better dates." She said looking at the ballons , his friends looked at him.

"With who?" Roger asked looking at her.

"James." She replied with a smile , they all hummed and winked at him , he had a poker face on tough inside he was really happy. His friends left and they spoke for some time and checked out of the hospital.

"So I know you wish Rosalia was here but you know her flight was cancelled so she planned something." James said holding the two car seats with the children inside. She walked into her house, it was decorated with baby welcome designs , she saw a huge box and opened it and Rosalia and her boyfriend were in it. She hugged her tightly and hugged her boyfriend.

"Congratulations on the baby." Rosalia said wiping her tears, Maria wiped her tears also , they were both emotional. They sat down and the couple held their sons.

"Jeremiah looks so much like James and Jireh just like you." Rosalia's boyfriend said looking at the babies.

"Maria a word in the kitchen." Rosalia said giv8ng James the baby, theu walked to the kitchen.
