CHAPTER 28

It was Saturday and James left early , he told that Roger would go with her to the sports place. She took a nice long bath listening to Alicia keys, she waxed and shampooed her hair. She let her natural curls flow then she put on fancy body oils Rosalia gave her that smelt rich.

She took out her outfit for the night, black leather pants and a black corset top, with diamond jewellery, she wore leather boots and walked out after spraying her perfume. She said goodbye to her twins who were watching tv. She saw Roger pacing impatiently.

"Lets go." She said walking up next to him, he saw what she was wearing and had a questioning look on his face.

"Are you sure you want wear that, there is a higher population on men in the arena." Roger said looking at her.

"Well if they look at me any way my man will handle them." She replied with a smile Roger hummed and they walked to his car. They arrived with a private entry but it was packed. Roger gave her a front row seat and James leather jacket . It was a bit chilly so she put it over her shoulders, it was packed with many people and they looked rich. She took out her phone and began to text Rosalia who was on her honey moon , she finally got married and Maria loved the wedding.

She heard music play and everyone remained silent , Sebastian came into view and she rolled her eyes and scoffed. He entered the ring and his eyes searched the crowd and found her. He winked at her and she looked back at her phone, she heard another song play and she saw James walking he was in the zone he looked like he was ready to kill. She stood up and cheered like everyone. Roger whispered on his ear letting him know Maria was cheering on. He got into the cage and it was locked , he looked and saw Maria who gave him a thumbs up. He  nodded and the bell rang.

The first bell rang and they were going at each other like made bulls , the ref had to pull them apart. He sat in the corner and Sebastian won that round, she looked at him with worry on her face. The next bell rang and they were at each other again he won the round. On the last round they were neck and neck Maria made her way to him, it was a break.

Maria whispered something in his ear with a smile , James nodded and she kissed his cheek and went back to where she was sitting. The last round was intense both of them landing painful combos to each other , Sebabstian was all damaged goods. The bell rang signalling he end of the match, the ref went and got the results. He held both hands as the announcer called the winners name , James won,Maria jumped so did most of the crowd. James walked out with his belt and went to his locker room , she followed after some minutes.

Roger and his trainer saw her standing by the door and left the room ,he looked up and saw her.

"I was so nervous." She said looking at him , he looked at her with a smile on is face.

"I'm glad you were here because that was last match forever." He said walking to her she looked at him in confusion.

"Why the change?" She asked looking at him.

"I am ready for a new chapter." He said kissing her , she pulled away and took a step back.

"You're still covered in Sebabstisan." She said with a smile , he shook his head and took a shower she would stare then look at her phone , when he was done they got out.

"Now why the outfit , are you trying to arouse me?" He asked looking at her , she acted innocent.

"I always wear clothes like these babe and I was dressing to kill." She said looking at him, he kissed her and they got in the car driving back to the hotel. They arrived and she led him to the hotel room but he had other plans , he changed into his clubbing clothes.

"We are going to celebrate." He said , she was drinking some wine , she took his hand and he led her out of the room. They arrived at club that was slightly packed, she sat down at the VIP section and he spoke to people who were congratulating him. She texted Rosalia who need up ignoring her, she put her phone away and looked at the people. His hand was on her thigh and she placed her hand on top of his.

"Lets dance." He said looking at her , she nodded and they went to the dance floor. The DJ began to play her music, he pulled her closer and she swayed her hips to the music. She was having blast he was too , it was around 3 am and they went back to the hotel and slept. The following morning they woke up around 12pm and had a book day with the twins.

"Lets do the penguin." Maria said then began waddling, the twins followed behind her and they were making weird noises , James decided to join the fun and they played animal games which the kids loved. When it was 3pm James told her to him at a winery he was going for a meeting. She wore a nice red summer dress and sandals , she took the kids and his mom and they made their way there.

"So , James told me how much you love wine and I'll be with the twins at the grape plantation whilst you tour around." His mom said looking at her with a smile.

"Why do I feel like you're enjoying this family vacation more than me." Maria said looking at her with a smile.

"To be honest , I want another grandchild ,so I'm giving y'all enough time to make one." His mom replied with a smile , Maria laughed and shook her head. They arrived at the winery and and James was nowhere to be seen his mom already went with the twins to the plantation.

She began to walk down the halls and she saw pictures of her when she was preganat with the twins and the trip they took when she went to Luxembourg, all the dates her and James had gone to. She began to head and orchestra play her favorite romantic song. She saw a rose petal path and followed it all the way outside to a cliff that game a jaw dropping view of the sea and James.

"Maria, ever since I saw you for the first time something in me clicked , I know it's cliche but it was fate. I love you more than life itself and I want to be with you forever, you have loved me and been with me through everything in just the two years, three weeks , four days and sixteen hours of my life. You are the best mother to our two little boys and the best woman any man could ask for. Will you marry me." He said looking at her ,she wiped her tears and his vision was blurry from the tears.

"Yes." She said looking into his eyes , he slid the ring onto her fingers, and got up and kissed her like there was no tommorow, her twins came running in with baskets full of rose petals and threw them at their parents. She pulled away from the kiss and kissed her baby boys on the cheek. Everyone was in on it they just kept it a secret.

"Mrs King." She said to herself as she looked at the ring. James kissed again and hugged he was on cloud nine. They went back to the hotel and enjoyed the rest of their family vacation.
