Iven. POV

"Theoooo come help me with this damn zipper!"

He chuckles behind me and helps me zip up my red dress. He calls it a mermaid cut, but I call it torture. It's a little over a month now since our trip. Since then, most of my clothes don't fit anymore.

This is a great sign that I might be pregnant. I've been trying to enjoy the feeling, but Theodore has been a pest about me seeing a doctor. I walk over to our dresser ignoring his gaze on my backside. I can feel the argument brewing in the air.....or he just might want a peice of ass. Either way he's not getting what he wants.

"While you're out with Apple I want you to consider seeing a doctor. I know it goes against everything you believe in, but I just want to make sure our child is healthy."

He speaks like were discussing the weather and not some stranger touching my private parts. I let out an aggravated sigh and spinning around to face him.

The sharp remark on my tounge dies when I take in his defeated posture. His shoulders are slumped over, and he clearly has no hope left in him. Yet, he still demands this silly request every damn day.

"Fine." I bite out.

"Only to confirm the pregnancy and I want steak for dinner."

I can't help but to add the steak to the bargain. It turns out it's perfectly normal to eat "rare" steak. I'm fine with them charing it a bit just as long as the middle stays uncooked.

He springs up from the bed and makes a dash for the door. Shouting out as he takes the stairs.

"IM CALLING THE DOCTOR NOW!! DON'T FORGET TO BRING THE CREDIT CARD WITH YOU."

I can't help to chuckle at him, his happiness means the world to me. It's exhilarating to fully feel committed to eachothere. Our circumstances seemed impossible to get over at first. All this time we wasted hurting eachothere seems so funny to me now.

When in reality we could have had this happy life the whole time. That's why I decided to bend more to his wants and needs here. It's annoying some times, but it comes with a great benefit. Something I was never able to have back living with the pack.

A real family of my own.
