Barry's POV
The sun shone through the lids of the window, the sky was crystal clear, faint noises of birds chirping were heard, small sounds of radio chimed in and I had just experienced my best night ever. Kara's hair brushed my chest as her head laid on it, she snored softly and it was really cute.
Kara stirred slowly and fluttered her eyes open, "Hi." she tenderly said, smiling.
"Hi." I returned the smile.
"That was the best sleep I've ever had." She said.
I only smiled larger for a response. As we lied there in enjoyable silence, the sounds of the radio turns into a voice of a person, "Thanks for listening to *inaudible*, It's just about 6:30 on a Sunday morning in Smallville-"
"Oh no." I simply said, my smile quickly vanished and turned into a frown of worry immediately.
"Oh my Rao." She said too as we swiftly rushed out of bed to get in our clothes.
"I knew we would oversleep." I muttered.
As we were doing this, Kara's pinky toe stumbled into the corner of the bed. She hissed in pain and held her knee high up to her chest holding the pinky in both her hands.
"Why does that hurt so much?" She asked under her breath. She then regains her composure by means of inhalation, "Ok, my dad won't be downstairs for breakfast for another 15 minutes and we gotta get out of here." Kara stated, "Well, you, you gotta get out of here." She pointed at me and came up to me to grab her clothes.
"You're not mad, are you?" I asked, frowning and holding her hands in mine. By this time, we were both done putting our clothes on.
"Oh, I'm furious." She replied with a smile and a giggle, clearly joking. I sighed in relief and pulled her into a small but sweet kiss and holding her waists.
"C'mon." I said while we're both chuckling and pulling her outside the room.
We hastily but tried-quietly stepped down the stairs still holding her right hand in my left. Walking down the hallway almost at the front door, thinking that we made it, I hear a voice coming from the dining table, "Hey, sweetie, you wou-" I came in to see Jonathan sitting in a stool obviously having just turned around and Martha standing near the counter with a coffee in hand. Jonathan's smile turned into an open frown and Martha's jaw almost touched the floor.
"M- ma, pa-" Kara stuttered and eyes widened as her face went into another shade of red.
"I- I can explain." I interrupted as she was still looking at her parents, mouth agape.
Jonathan slowly gets up from his seat and slowly walks towards us, still having that scary demeanor.
"I'm the one who came up with this idea, so, if... you're angry, you should be angry at only me." Kara said coming up from behind me to stand in front defensively.
Now, Martha clumsily made her way towards us, "Oh, w- uh w- we're not mad." Martha spoke up as Jonathan turned to look at her, "It... um but this is a... you're both...in new territory." She added with tone of understanding and concern. A moment of quivering silence slid in with us looking at each other.
"Barry, this is about a whole lot more than just you... so if you don't mind, I'd like to speak to my daughter alone, please." Jonathan broke the quietness and look backed from Martha towards us, then Kara only. I looked over to Kara with a face of worry but a blush still prominent as she glanced back at me and nodded. I turned to face Jonathan again and flashed a pout-smile before swiftly running off to the front door, opening it and leaving.
Kara's POV
"You sit down." My dad said to me and pointing to the stool.
"Jus- just remember, I am 18, almost 19, and we've been in love for almost a year, so it's not like we just rushed into something here." I stated as I sat down on the stool, my head tipped downwards.
"Please tell me you were at least safe." Martha said as my head snapped up to face her.
"Yea... ma." Now my head went back to it's original position and dipped even further.
"Safe? Safe has nothing to do with this, you shouldn't be doing anything like this, especially not under our roof!" My dad yelled.
"Oh, like you didn't do it?" I spat back and glared slightly towards him.
"Kara! There's a lot of conversations I've never had with you because I didn't think I needed to have 'em." He stated.
"Because you guys always think I'm not normal."
"No, no, no, it- it's just that... you're in a whole new situation and we wanted to make sure if you were fully sure about your decision." Martha chimed in.
"Of course I'm sure, ma... I love him."

Barry's POV
Rapidly tapping my foot as I sat down on a bench at the porch of the Kent house. My hands on my thighs rubbing them back and forth. 'I'm gonna die, I'm so gonna die.' I pondered to myself while rapidly shaking my head in nervousness. My train of thoughts were suddenly derailed as the door nearby opened.
Kara walked out of the house, her head tipped down and a crimson tint covered her cheeks. She sat down beside me with a deafening silence slowly seeping through.
"I'm sorry." I decided to break the quietness, "I shouldn't have pressured you into doing it." I added.
"Bartholomew! Don't you dare think that." She yelled, changing to a softer tone at the end and grabbing my hands in hers, "You didn't pressure me into anything, we both made that decision together and don't even get me started about that part... Rao, was it so amazing." She added with a smile and a drool in the break after 'that part' that made my heart melt and cheeks heated up in an instant.
I smiled and only sighed in relief for a response. She giggled and all of a sudden, put her arms around my neck as pushed her lips to mine, giving me a kiss full of love and passion as I kissed back without hesitation.
