The biggest display of power the Pink System had ever shown was also the first time someone had unknowingly broken the rules.

It occurred when Sakura was asked on a date.

Two years ago, a young woman had come to Konoha as a transferred nurse. She had a head of long purple hair and sharp brown eyes. She was a beauty herself, but because of her seriousness and professionalism, nobody knew how to approach her, so she remained alone.

Until she meet a young doctor.

A month into her transfer, Sakura had just been appointed doctor, so per regulation, she would need to be overviewed by a group of nurses to make sure she could handle the stress and commotion of hospital life on her own.

The young nurse was intrigued by the Hokage's apprentice, who had completed all her medical training in just two and a half years. It was outrageous, so the nurse volunteered to supervise her to see if favoritism had been a factor in making her a doctor.

But instead of finding a snobby, spoiled girl; she found a competent, mentally sound, and kind one. The nurse was immediately drawn to Sakura and made sure to never leave her side, which wasn't a problem becaude of their work environment.

The Pink System had no supervision of the hospital because no one in the group specialized in medical ninjutsu or in that career path.

Ino had attempted to, crazy to find a way to be with Sakura at work, but she was born to have a career in intelligence and interrogation. So, the system was left blind to what happened in the hospital.

Sakura tended to keep her work in the hospital private too, afterall, she dealt with patient confidentiality. The only times she briefly brought up work was when a patient passed away and she asked them to stay with her as she cried on their shoulders. That was all.

Because the Silent Act was unspoken, the young nurse had no idea how to pick up the warning signs the other nurses and doctors were trying to give her; ones that she interpreted as disgust, because they were both women.

Sakura was having the time of her life when the nurse was around. They spend almost every minute of work together and they whispered sweet words of love and admiration towards each other. They resembled a newlywed couple.

Then, after two months of both women being together, the nurse mustered the courage to ask Sakura out on a real date outside of work.

She said yes.

The other nurses and doctors had no choice but to bring it up to one of the heads, and the only one available at the time was Ino.

The blonde became angrier as the story continued, so much she became too enraged to inform the others and immediately began digging up everything there was to the nurse or Ami Chiba.

Ami was from Kusa and moved to Konoha to earn a better wage. She was seventeen, a year older than Sakura, and had parents back home who were struggling financially, hence why she moved to sent them money. Ami had genin training but didn't go any further, instead she went to a civilian school and went on to study medicine.

Ino was disgusted that such a plain simple girl had been able to manipulate Sakura into liking her unwillingly. Her teeth clenched hard enough to hurt her jaw and her nails dug so deep in her palm she drew blood.

Sakura was supposed to be left alone, to be admired and loved from a far while she focused on her career, but this idiot had ruined it all. Sakura had become attached too, which meant that she would miss Ami if she 'happened' to disappear, which meant the system couldn't just kidnap the girl and blackmail her into never setting foot in Konoha again. Sakura would see through their schemes and search for her.
