FINGERS TAPPED AGAINST THE THRONE. THE ONE OCCUPYING IT WAS ACACIUS.  He was waiting for the eldest of the Homerus siblings to get back and worry was starting to show.

He decided to get up, but as he did so, a portal formed before him.

Out came Orien, stumbling. He was still in pain from the sudden absorption of his Quantum powers. Well...at least he had his Dark power still but he didn't have the energy to use it right now.

Acacius went over to him. "So...how'd it go?"

Orien heard him and frowned, his expression becoming that of self-annoyance. "You tell me. If I have returned, that means it didn't go well."

Acacius frowned at his son's attitude. "I can see that, Orien. But you haven't told me what happened."

When he heard the stern voice emit from his father's lips, the dark-haired demon cowered. His hues averted away as he spoke up. "Well, I planned to take down the entities that were there, plus that one human...because of what they did to Alcemne! But then that blond entity and his two friends come in and ruin it." he was livid and it showed in his eyes and frown. "Somehow that blond was able to take my Quantum powers."

Acacius' expression went from annoyance to shock.  "He what?!"

"When he went to deliver the final blow, I could feel my powers sucked out of me. I still have my Dark powers, but the Quantum helped amplify them and make me stronger." Orien's fists clenched for a moment, prior to uncurling and looking down at them.

Acacius nodded. "I gave you those powers as a last resort, but...it seems like even with the plans we have, that human and their friends keep on shooting them down."

He paced back and forth, his shoes echoing against the walls of the throne room.

Orien waited a couple seconds before speaking up again. "Wait, do you mean you're going in alone? You know how dangerous that sounds?!"

"What?" he stopped and looked at his son, realizing his son was jumping to assumptions out of concern. "No, no. That would be too risky, especially given what's happened. Plus, Solaria and the other gods are powerful when they're together and just going by myself won't work."

Orien looked baffled, his brows threading in thought for a moment. A gasp left his throat when it clicked for him. "You don't mean..."

"I mean that we will need to get thing down to a T from now on. T meaning Tobias Brone."

 "Holy crap, are you serious?"

The voice of Shisui's voice filled the cave as Sakari and him sat close to its entrance. Shisui had been visiting to check up, but Tansaku let him know that they - Sakari - was gone with the others.

"Yeah I am. It all happened so suddenly and Shinobu's still shaken over it." Sakari looked over at the said sibling of Kaijosa's talking to Aerial and Tansaku. "But they're trying to see if they can contact Solaria about it. One of the gods apparently knows how to take dangerous powers like this out of entities, since it can do more harm than good."

"Yeesh." Shisui made a face at the harm mention. "...But I do hope he'll be able to get it out. The Quantum powers sound scary enough as it is."

Sakari nodded before looking around at the cave. Kori and Nariko were hanging out, the Hanoni giving Nariko a kiss on the cheek and making him blush. Kiyo was conversing with Shisetsu on his tablet device.

The conversation ended and he walked over to Shisui and Sakari.

"Hey, lassie. How're ye holdin' up?" Kiyo voiced, his expression showing his concern.
