UPON ENTERING LAMBIA, THE GROUP WAS taken aback by its setting. The once-thriving city looked like it was in ruins, with pieces of rubble stuck in the ground throughout. However, this seemed to be only a small portion. The rest of the city was further ahead, a large fountain and a couple buildings visible.
"Whoa...this isn't what I expected for Lambias." Shisui voiced, looking around. "I expected it to look sort of...haunted?"
"Yeah same here, but it looks pretty cool. Is this the Sangui's homeplace?" Sakari wondered, looking at Kiyo.
"Probably. Back on Tigoris, there isn't much info on Sanguis. Solaria's tried researchin' them with some council from Eaedia and got some info. But he ran short when their species just up an' vanished one day, it seemed." Kiyo shrugged before gesturing to the item Sakari had. "Does it say anythin' in th' book?"
"Lemme look." Sakari got it out and read through it. There were bits and pieces, but the rest was blurred out at the moment. "...Well, it says that this place became their refuge after they left their planet. The Sanguis had adapted and began training...nope, that's all there is."
"Hm." Shisui looked around the place, seeing the different element motifs. "Wait!" he noticed something with them. ...Hold on. "Hey, don't those motifs look familiar to any of you?"
The others copied Shisui's direction of sight, their eyes widening.
"These are the symbols of the entity elements...what're they doing here?" Fiona was the one to speak up, her eyes dancing before she laid them on Tempus. "Does this go along with the tale?"Tempus furrowed his brows. "I don't think so, but then again...no, no. I think I'm starting to remember now."
He walked forward and took a moment to observe them from where he was. It was then that it dawned on him. "...I-It does. I had no idea the Sanguis had these here all these years."
"Really?" Tina rose a brow at this, genuinely curious. She looked back at the motifs. "...Wait. Did the entities once have an alliance with the Sanguis?"
"Well, yes, and no. We were trying to find more species to join Tigoris, given that other species lost their planets around the same time we did." Tempus voiced solemnly, facing the group. "The Sanguis had lost theirs a little while after we lost Kaori, so we tried finding them a home here. They eventually settled and we taught them our elemental powers to help protect themselves against any intruders. Many parted from this place, it seems, over the years, but I would assume some stayed."
"I see. So the ones from the tale are the ones that assisted you guys, right?"
"Mhm. There was one entity that was Ghost/Dark/Light, said to be a descendant of the first ghost-type. He had demon-like features. The other was a Light entity who learned how to use their fighting powers, later rumored to become one of the Legendaries."
"Light entity...fighting powers?" Shiro voiced, tapping his chin while pondering. "That sounds a lot like..." he gasped lightly. "Wait, was this entity our mother? Asina Seishin?"
Tempus took a moment to think before nodding. "Yeah she was. I don't think she was even mentioned in the memory of yours."
By yours, he meant the mythical's memories as a whole. Fiona's expression became troubled since she had realized that, too. "...Yeah, but she was there. I remember that." she cleared her throat, shaking that off. "What about the other two?"
"We don't know...I believe their name's both started with N. One I remember clearly was..." Tempus' brows furrowed as he turned away for a moment, looking at the motifs again. "Noori?"
Tina's hues broadened and her skin seemed to pale. "N-Noori?"
Tempus heard the stutter, his face painted with concern at the sudden expression change. "Yes, is something wrong?"
