“Where’s your room key?” Tom asks, still holding me, as we arrive outside my hotel room.

“Back pocket” I  answer without thinking since that’s where i always kept it. Not realizing I was wearing a pair of Chris’  basketball shorts which don’t have back pockets.

“Oh really back pocket?” He asks raising an eyebrow then switches his hands from where they were resting under my thighs to squeeze my butt. “I’m pretty sure you don’t have back pockets Lace”

“Whoops!” I giggle slightly.

“Yeah whoops...” he says sarcastically. “I think you did that on purpose.”

I scrunch my face up at him. Tom kisses the tip of my nose then moves his lips downward and gives me a quick peck on the lips. I pull him back in, pressing my lips against his. I can feel him smile into the kiss before he runs his tongue across my bottom lip asking for an opening, which i gladly supply. His lips pressing against mine hurt a little, but it was nothing compared to the butterflies in my stomach: I would never get tired of kissing Tom. He tightens his grip on me, making sure not to drop me, when the hotel door suddenly swings open.

“Ooops, sorry” Tonia says meekly as she walks out to find Tom and me.

Tom places me down on the ground in front of him, his arms still wrapped around my waist. My cheeks instantly heat up and though the color change is probably not evident through the bruises they would have been a bright scarlet; Tom’s cheeks are nearly as red as mine would have been.

“So I’m guessing you don’t need my help anymore” Tonia winks at Tom.

“Nope i guess not” Tom looks down and smiles at me, the light above reflecting off his pearly whites.

“Well Chris just called me freaking out because you ” she points at me “stormed out of his room, so I’m going to go calm him down and tell him that you’re alive and well MIss Laci-Rae”

I lean my head back against Tom’s chest, let out a sigh, and roll my eyes.

“I’m guessing i shouldn’t say the two of you are together or that I’m leaving you alone in a hotel room together” She purses her lips and looks to the up to the left.

“Unless you have a death wish for me, you probably shouldn’t” Tom shakes his head.

A nervous chuckle escapes my lips just imagining what Chris would do to Tom or me if he knew that I was here with him.

“Yeah...” I can feel Tom’s fingers fiddling with the bottom hem of my- well Chris’ sweatshirt, his fingers grazing the exposed skin at my midriff sending an electric current through my body. I look up at him biting my lower lip slightly

“Alright well I’ll see you two later” Tonia says smiling. The second she turns her back on us to leave Tom pulls me into the hotel room. The door closes closes with a heavy thud as I kick it closed. I lean my back against it.

“So where were we?” Tom presses his hands on either side of me, a smirk plastered on his perfect face.

“I don’t know, you tell me.” I arch my back bringing myself closer to him; Tom follows my lead bending his elbows slowly closing the space between us.

“Hmmm...” His hot breath flutters across my skin. “I think we were right about here” He pushes himself closer our lips mere centimeters away from each other, right before his lips were about to make contact with mine I duck under his arm.

“Nahhh, i don’t think that was it” I tease and take off into a sprint.

In only seconds Tom’s heavy footsteps begin chasing after me. He catches me by my waist, wrapping his arms around me tightly, and lifting me off the ground, my back pressed up against his chest. I kick and flail my legs begging for him to put me down as Tom spins around; he refuses until his knee catches the corner of the bed and we come tumbling down onto it, Tom landing on top of me. Our heads slightly banging on the way down.
