Talking about my future Splatoon 3 character/oc

I saw they came out with new information on Splatoon 3.

Speaking of...

With a new game comes a new oc/agent, as well as a new member of the squad. I can't wait to make this character! (And have him/her join in on the shenanigans.)

I don't think I'll make any sort of design yet, even with the outfit revealed. I mean...I guess I could make a 'rough draft' for the character, but I'd rather wait till the game itself comes out. Then I'll be able to see the different hairstyles, eye colors, all that stuff.

Plus, I don't know if I want to make the new member a boy or a girl yet. I think I'm leaning more towards girl cause of the whole 'two guys and two girls on one team' dynamic, but I'm not set on any decision as of now.

Fun fact, the oc's I use for this book (and others) differs from what I play as. For instance, I always play as a girl in-game, but my Agent 3 and Agent 8 are boys because that's what I imagined my agent trio to be like. And that's what they are.

I'm also looking forward to naming them. I'm thinking of giving him/her a name that has something to do with toughness. Gotta be tough to survive in the chaotic Splatlands, after all.

Mm...guess that's all I got to say on the subject for now.

PS: Oh, and it seems I'll have to tweak my current agents' designs depending on if any changes are made to their outfits in Splatoon 3. Maybe give them new haircuts if I feel like it. (Except for Agent 4's haircut.)
