Chapter 13

"What? I'm hungry." Jungkook raises his brows at me, while snacking on the chips I brought without even asking for permission.

"Hey, Park Jimin! Are you sure you know the way?" This is the third time that Bo gyo asked Jimin this question.

We've been on the road for a while now and Jimin not answering Bo Gyo's queries was making me a little uneasy as well.

All of a sudden, Jimin steps on the brakes making us all topple from our seats.

"What the-"

"Yah! Be careful!"

"Are you trying to kill us?"

Jimin turns to us, his arm on the backrest of the passenger seat. "Sorry about that," he grins sheepishly. "We're not going to Hongdae."

"WHAT?" We - meaning Sun shin, Bo gyo and me- all said in unison.

Jimin explains that he changed his mind while driving and that now we're actually headed to Wolmido.

"Idiot! Why didn't you ask us if we're even interested in going?" Sun Shin snaps while Bo Gyo just rolls her eyes, groaning in frustration.

"Er, what's in Wolmido?" I asked, feigning curiosity. It's my fault for asking Jimin to come with us that's why I'm trying my best to neutralise the ambience. I didn't know he was this much of an idiot.

"Wow!"

It wasn't a bad decision at all. There was so much activities to do here.

"Okay then, to the amusement park it is!" Sun Shin whoops, she seems to have completely forgotten about our previous plan already. She and Jimin linked arms and lead the way into the theme park.

Bo Gyo was quiet, but at least she looked more calm than agitated.

"Do you hate theme parks?" I ask her as we walk side by side. Sun Shin and Jimin are a few meters ahead of us.

"No way." She exclaims in surprise.

I eyed her, trying to be a psychic just like what she does to me when I'm being too secretive.

"Sorry. Did I worry you?" Bo Gyo laughs sheepishly.

"Not really. I just wanted to have fun with you guys, especially since this is the first time I went out with friends." I wasn't sulking, but I can't help but feel that Bo Gyo just came half-heartedly.

This is indeed the first time I did went out with friends since I didn't have anyone to consider me a friend during my middle and highschool life.

"Sorry. I was just thinking of something."

"Is that why you're in a bad mood?" I blurted out before I can stop myself. I bit my lowerlip. I don't know if she'll appreciate it when someone tells her something like that.

Bo Gyo bursts into laughter. After sobering up from her laughing fit, her expression changes. She seemed hesitant at first.

"Can I ask you something? Y-you don't need to answer if you don't want to."

"Yeah, sure." I reply almost instantly. I mean this is Bo Gyo. She's not stupid enough to ask me something that would offend me knowing how intuitive she is.

"I'm not trying to pry. I just want you to know that you can tell me anything."

I swallowed a lump in my throat, suddenly feeling like I got cornered.
