In this chapter, Omo, I have no idea what I was writing, one minute I wanted them to fight, the other minute I had to stop them. Sha, if you were expecting an explosive fight, not today babies.

Don't forget to leave a comment, ah! Lest I forget, I got about six to seven messages last chapter about how it was too short or about how I update infrequently, this is me pleading with you to kindly, kindly refrain from sending me stuff like that, I don't like them. I'm working hard everyday, this chapter was me writing non-stop since yesterday. So please don't forget also to comment and vote. May God bless you as you do.

About the TikTok of Salman, I can't seem to bring it here, so you may go to my Instagram @theomoope and see it on my story. I might even highlight it WSC if you like. I'll put a link to it on my conversation board.

Happy Reading.

"Light some incense." Benazir carefully set a donut shaped charcoal between a pair of tongs and held it to the lit cooker top and let it heat up. A minute later, the fast heating charcoal had turned red hot and was enough for the incense that would be poured on it.

She took out some from the glass jar with a spoon and spooned it unto the hot charcoal. The charcoal hissed and sizzled, but the scent of the oily incense filled the room and even Benazir's grandmother who was seated watching a Hausa movie on the cable television, sniffed appreciatively.

Benazir's phone rang and she looked round to see if her mother was in sight before picking it. "Yaya."

"Don't call my name, are you mad?" Benazir's chuckle reached Fatima's ears as she hissed out instructions to her younger sister.

"Make sure you make a video oo, I want Yaya Salman and Mami to see it, don't you even dare send a recording." Benazir ended the call hastily and went to drop the incense burner near a corner of the room, taking her time to set her iPad with it's back camera facing her grandmother.

She walked away from there carefully and went to her room, listening closely. She heard her mother's footsteps after a few minutes so she followed her mother stealthily, only stopping at the beginning of the stairs because if her mother saw her, she'd be as good as dead and nothing her siblings said would help.

"Mama. Good afternoon." Benazir heard her grandmother hum in response. She cursed slightly in her mind, she wished the confrontation was happening elsewhere not the main parlor where there was no hiding place for her to watch.

"I heard you wanted to see me?" She heard the rustling of her grandmother's bazin gown, she'd worn one with swirling greens and blues, the bazin looked beautiful on her, but her heart was the problem.

"Yes. I told Benazir some of it and I have told your husband too." Benazir hissed lightly because her mother's expression would be gold right now.
