"Ready or not! Here I come!!"  The six year old squealed as he removed his hands from his eyes and turned around at the vast garden infront of him, trying to see if he could spot any anomolies to find his best friend easier. He was currently playing hide and seek with his friend and was unfortunately stuck with the seeker role after failing a game of rock, paper, scissors. The younger boy was just too good at tricking him into picking the option that meant he would win. He walked around the fountain and jumped out, only for him not to be there and he frowned angrily. But he kept his spirits high and continued to search, peeking under some of the picnic tables that were layed out beside the large bed of flowers.

But when he didn't see anything right away he raised a brow, "Mingi, where are you?"

As he peered behind a bush, he heard high pitched giggles from nearby and his head raised and he looked around and tried to spot where it was coming from. He furrowed his brows and narrowed his eyes as he looked around trying to pay attention to everything near him, seeing if any bushes twitched and rustled, or any movement from nearby from the younger boy who could be cheating. The boy grumbled as he continued to look around, folding his arms and pouting out his bottom lip.

"Mingiii! This isn't fair!" Yunho whined, getting rather frustrated from the inability to find Mingi as easily as he wished he could. He thought that it'd be an easier task and he'd find Mingi right away, but it wasn't looking that way and he was no longer having fun.

"Yunho it's easy!" Mingi retaliated in defense of himself, while the boy grumbled in disagreement.

"I can't find youu! Please, give me a hint!" Yunho whined, but when he didn't get a reply he began to walk away and head inside until he heard rustling and then all of a sudden Mingi jumped out and roared loudly at him, startling him greatly as he squealed and fell to the ground.

"Mingi!!" He screamed while sat on his bottom, Mingi started laughing heartily and soon fell onto the floor while holding his stomach. He giggled loudly while shaking his head, "That wasn't funny!"

"You're so silly!" Mingi teased, sitting up onto his knees while looking at Yunho who rubbed his head while frowning, "What do you wanna play now?"

"I dunno... are our daddies still talking?"

"I fink so." Mingi stated, looking up to the meeting room where the balcony was and he could see their fathers talking vigorously with lots of emotion and he grumbled, "I'm so bored! Why can't my daddy come to your house?"

"I dunno." Yunho shrugged before smiling excitedly when his nostrils flared with a sweet scent and he raised his head, "I think your mommy is making cookies right now! It smells really nice!"

Mingi's eyes lit up and he immediately jumped onto his feet while grinning widely before rushing away, but then he looked back at Yunho and saw the boy was still sat down and he waved him over, "Come on!!"

Mingi and Yunho had been inseparable since they met.

Yunho was only five months older than the boy, but when he met the newborn he was immediately grinning and cooing loudly at the sight and their parents felt as though they were going to be great friends. Their fathers were the King's of Aurora and Utopia, two neighboring Kingdoms who worked alike and lived in harmony within their villages and with the people who lived there. People often travelled back and forth between the two and always gave good words when they visited other Kingdom's too. The boy's fathers often met up to discuss their plans for their Kingdom's, such as battle plans and how to collect armies to how to help manage the townspeople, which meant the boys got excuses to have playdates all the time. They were extremely close and loved to play with one another.
