Chapter 35 - Invitation

I'm really stuck with my other books. So, I'm focusing on this one until I have some ideas.

After that date, Hermione and I were officially dating. It was nice because I've never had a girlfriend before.

I just woke up from my slumber. I glanced at the clock. 5 a.m. I glanced over to see Fou sleeping like a log. I got up and cleaned myself before heading outside to do my workout routine. One hour of fitness exercise, and another one for sword training. I am not going to Hogwarts with dull senses. The Tri-Wizard Cup is being held this year in Hogwarts, and I am not letting Harry do it alone.

As I was shadow-fighting Vergil with Kanshou and Bakuya, Hermione walked out of the house holding her 'Intermediate Transfiguration' book she bought when we went to Diagon Alley for supplies last week. I turned around to greet her to see her wearing a pink sports bra and yoga pants. 

My face flushes as she greets me.

Hermione: Morning, Dan.

Damien: M-Morning, Mione. 

She proceeds to stretch like she wasn't wearing any exposing clothes at all. Focusing back on the Shadow Vergil, I continued fighting it. 

Block. Parry. Strike. Slash. Roll. Slash. Dodge. Block. Parry. Parry. Back off. Dash. Duck. Parry. Slash. Thrust. Block. Counter. Parry. Parry. Counter. Strike. Thrust. Slash. Slash. Dodge. Counter. 

This exchange lasted for 2 seconds. I backed off and relaxed before moving on to my Magecraft Training. I activated my Dragon Reactor Core as the image of the hammer of a gun pushing down and shooting flashes through my mind. 

Damien: Trace... On.

I delved into my [Reality Marble] to look for a somewhat potent Noble Phantasm that can help me with the Tri-Wizard Cup. So far, all I could find were Noble Phantasms that go boom or kill. Sighing, I [traced] 'Kanshou' and 'Bakuya'. Honestly, I prefer Katana's more, but I still use the married blades more than 'Yamato' because it is less destructive. And, I have the most experience with the two blades, so until I get used to using 'Yamato', I'll have to stick to the twin swords.

Damien: Trace... Overedge.

I muttered as I pumped prana into the married blades. They slowly start to grow longer and sharper, until they reached their peak. If I put in one more unit of OD into them, they'll burst.
