We gave him a second chance, Pt.2 to the oneshot before this

Being woken up suddenly in the early morning from crying isn't enjoyable.

Especially when your fiance is crying over his old dead fiance.

While clinging to you.

Normally I'd get out of bed, but he won't let go of me...

I squirm for a second longer before he readjusts our position so I'm trapped against his chest.

I don't think there's a way out of this.

This is extremely uncomfortable considering how he usually doesn't even sleep in the same room as me let alone the same bed.

Did he have a bad dream?

Should I comfort him?

What if I make him mad...

I'll just lay here for now I guess...

I got very little sleep last night.

It just didn't feel safe with his arms around me so even when he fell back asleep I was stuck panicking.

And now he's awake and I still don't have enough space to escape his hold and do my usual routine.

What happened?

Why won't he just stop already...?

After another ten minutes I decided that, like a bandage, it's better to just get it over with.

I had to act like I just woke up for him to loosen his grip on me.

Even with the grip loosened he still held me close.

I want to cry.

Everything he was doing made me scared but I couldn't just push him off in case he would get angry with me.

Against my better judgment, I started to try and escape his hold...

"Morning Kichi..."

Why does he sound so sickeningly sweet this morning?

What happened...

"Hello, Shuichi. Do you mind, I have stuff to do?"

Perfect, if I get straight to the point he'll go away.

"Oh, sorry..."

Great now he sounds sad.

Oh well, at least he moved so I can get up.

He remained in my bed while I picked out a simple outfit for the day, turning to leave the room and shower.

"Kokichi,"

I flinched but paused near the door, not trusting my own voice and giving a hum in response.

"What do you want for breakfast?"
