In a world where the memory of the war against the Villain King Tomura Shigaraki and the League of Villains is but a distant memory, the class 1-A we all know and love have grown up and are now successful Pro heroes.

There was an initial rebuilding process after the dust cleared, but under the leadership of the new Symbol of Peace, Deku, the world entered a degree of a golden age. Crime rates were way down, save for some villains who still wanted to try their luck, but in most aspects it was an era of peace, with Deku and the rest of the new generation of pros slowly but surely restoring the public's faith in heroes. With the new hero association that arose being far less focused on popularity and more on results, the world slowly began to forget about the war, and life slowly returned to a sense of normality.

Now, a new generation of heroes is preparing to take on the duty of protecting this world.

Hiroto Aizawa ran his fingers through his black hair as he slowly woke up. Today was the day: the day his parents would be discussing his enrollment at UA. He sat on the edge of his bed as he rubbed his eyes, looking around his room. He stood up and walked over to his desk where several pieces of Deku-themed merch sat. He looked at an old photo of Deku and him playing together when the current pro came to babysit him as a kid.

"He's so cool!" Hiro thought to himself as he smiled. "I'm gonna keep my promise, Uncle Izuku. Just wait and see!"

A knock on the door startled Hiroto out of his musings. "Hiro? Are you up?"

"Sorry! Yeah, I'm up!" he said, trying to regain his composure. He walked over to his door and opened it to find his mother, Hotaru Aizawa, standing outside. She was a tall woman with long, orange hair, blue eyes, and freckles on her cheeks. She was typically an easygoing woman, but she knew when to put her foot down as a mother. Her lightning manipulation Quirk had earned her the number 12 spot on the Hero Billboard Charts as the pro hero, Zap, making her someone that was not to be taken lightly.

"Hiro, you know how your dad is," she said indignantly. "Get dressed and meet me downstairs, okay?"

"Okay, Mom," yawned the laid back 15 year-old. "I'll be right there."

A few moments later, he walked downstairs and saw his father sitting at the kitchen table. Shouta Aizawa played a very large role in the war against the Villain King as the pro hero, Eraserhead. He was a fairly unenthusiastic guy, but he still had a serious streak. He had decided to stay as a teacher at UA to help mentor the new generation of heroes. He was very insistent on his son, who had taken after him in many ways, doing the best he could and succeeding at UA.

"Hiroto, you're finally up," he said monotonously.

"Yeah, Dad." As Hiroto sat down, he could already tell by his dad's expression what was on his mind.

"Hiroto, your mother and I would like to know your decision about the UA, and the entrance exam in particular. We could likely get you in via recommendation if you wanted to go that route instead." Aizawa scanned Hiro's face for a reaction.

"Well, obviously I wanna go to UA. I wanna be like both of you, not to mention the promise I made to Uncle Izuku." A fiery determination lit in Hiroto's eyes. "But I wanna earn it on my own, Dad. I don't wanna take the easy way."

Hiroto's father looked intently at him before smiling slightly. "I can respect that," he said calmly. "What about your friend? The . . . fast one."

"Terra? Yeah, she's applying too." Hiroto sighed. "Honestly, I kinda wish she wasn't. That girl is exhausting."

His mother laughed. "Now that sounds familiar." She winked at her husband as she began to prepare breakfast for them. "Oh, Hiro? Didn't you promise you would meet your uncle at the park for some training?"
