One year ago. 3rd POV. Tatarasuna, Kannazuka.
Two figures are seen rowing a boat as fast as they can.
A man wearing a rather intricate kimono with blue colors, with a Cryo Vision attached on his back asked his companion who is wearing a red kimono with maple leaf designs, with his Anemo Vision on his back.
The man named Izanagi asked his companion.
Izanagi: Are you sure about this? Did he seriously just........
His companion, named Kazuha nodded and answered with his voice filled with dread.
Kazuha: Yes. I felt it, the winds are uncomfortable, I also felt that the lightning will strike at any moment now.
Izanagi didn't asked what his friend meant by that. But he knew that their friend is in grave danger.
After reaching the shores of the Narukami Island, they didn't waste any moment and went straight to Tenshukaku on a daring rescue mission.
Izanagi said that he'll distract the guards while Kazuha enters the Electro Archon's abode.
The two companions parted ways as calm and collected Kazuha rushed to Tenshukaku like a raging whirlwind.
Izanagi used his Cryo powers to create an ice spear and threw it near a guard.
The guards noticed the said spear and they saw Izanagi's figure but they never recognized his face as the light of the sun blocks their sight on getting a clear sight on his face.
Then he distracted the guards and baited them on a chase scene around the city.
The frostborne wanderer continued to run to Araumi until he unleashed his Cryo powers to create a smoke screen as means of escape.
Izanagi: See ya!
The shogunate guards tried look for the mysterious wanderer but they found no sight of him.
Shogunate Samurai 1: Damn it, they escaped.
Shogunate Samurai 2: We never even got a view on their face.
Shogunate Samurai 3: But from their voice alone, it's probably a man.
Shogunate Samurai 1: A man wearing blue kimono..........
Shogunate Samurai 2: There are a lot of people wearing that. Specifically, Sir Ayato of the Yashiro Commission.
Shogunate Samurai 3: Damn it! This is a trap!
They realized it too late, as the air became more cold, their weapons shattered due to the cold air freezing it and a figure suddenly attacked them, knocking them all out.
The said figure is none other than Izanagi himself, who looked down at the knocked out Shogunate Samurais, while he lets go of his naginata as it fades into the air.
Izanagi: How foolish, challenging a Vision Bearer into a fight........
Izanagi: But how come they can still seize a lot of Visions........?
