Fareeha kept her breathing steady as she quietly walked the lit halls. She adjusted the ornate armor she was wearing as she approached a door. On the other side of the entryway were two individuals who could bring her people salvation...or doom.

Taking a deep breath, Fareeha opened the door and walked inside. She stood still as she looked to the other side of the room, where two individuals sat.

Sitting in a chair was a tall redheaded woman. She was wearing a dark purple chiton and wore a laurel of what appeared to be thorns around her head. In her lap sat another woman with golden blonde hair. She wore a white peplos and a gold olive laurel in her hair. Her legs were wrapped in gold wing-tipped sandals.

Fareeha stood before the Hope, the Goddess of War, and her lover: Josie, the Goddess of Peace.

Hope looked up and smirked. "Josie, my dear, we have a guest."

Josie lazily turned her head and smiled. "Ooh, what do we have here?"

Fareeha walked closer to them and removed her helmet, shaking her head to clear her face of hair. "Benevolent Goddesses, I come to ask for your divine intervention."

Hope's smirk grew larger. "Oh? What is it you require from us, mortal?"

Fareeha looked to the goddesses and answered, "My clan has been at war with ethan since before I was born. The bloodshed hasn't brought any resolution, and an end to this conflict is unlikely. I ask you, Goddess of War, to aid in crushing our enemies. And I ask you, Goddess of Peace, to establish a lasting end to our conflict."

Hope chuckled as Josie removed herself from her lover's lap. The redhead stood; her eyes boring into the soldier in front of her.

"You ask a lot from the both of us," she said. "Why should we help you?"

"I heard that you would honor the requests of mortals...for a price," Fareeha said.

Josie stepped to Hope's side and answered, "That is true. But what could you possibly give us?"

Fareeha looked to the two goddesses. "To end this conflict...anything."

Hope and Josie turned to look at each other, sinister smiles on their faces. "Tell us, mein schatz, what is your name?" Josie asked.

"Fareeha," she answered. She felt uneasy from the hungry looks the two goddesses were giving her.

Hope smiled as she tapped her fingers together and thought. She looked to Fareeha and said, "Very well, Fareeha. We will honor your request. You shall be granted command of my personal army. No one will be a match for you."

Josie smiled and added, "And I shall ensure peace and prosperity for you and your clan for generations to come."

Fareeha smiled and replied, "Thank you."

Hope wagged her finger. "Ah ah ah, don't thank us just yet. There's still the matter of your payment."

Fareeha nodded. "I understand. If it's my soul, then it will be worth it for my clan." She bowed her head but jumped when she heard the two goddesses laughing. She looked up and saw the two leaning against each other.

Josie collected herself and said, "We don't want your soul, mein schatz. We aren't in the Underworld."

Fareeha looked confused and asked, "Then what do you want?"

The goddesses looked at Fareeha with hooded eyes and they approached the warrior. She jumped when Josie pressed her body against her back while Hope towered over her.

"Your body for our pleasure, of course," the redhead drawled.

Fareeha's eyes widened as she felt Josie's hands grab her hips, a throaty chuckle in her ear. Hope lightly gripped Fareeha's chin and tilted her up to meet her eyes.
