"Don't fucking come in here with that bullshit Pookie."
"I'm trynna see if your childish ass is ready to talk."
I looked at him and scoffed.
"I'm a child but you won't leave me alone."
"You're a child because of how you be acting. Throwing subs on instagram and twitter and shit. I'm trying to talk to you as an adult."
"Then talk."
He sighed and grabbed my hand.
"I know you sick of us arguing and shit and I'm tired of it too Juicy but I need us to fucking talk and not blow up so easily."
"I do try and talk."
"No we talk and when things get deep you walk away. That's when I get heated."
"Whatever Pookie."
"Ain't no fucking whatever! You try and try to push me away every other fucking day! What the fuck is the problem?!"
"You're my fucking problem!! Do I love you?! I always will! Do I trust you?! No! You're out running the streets half of the damn fucking night not picking up your phone! Shit be going on with me! Your daughter! And you expect me to bring another baby into all this?!"
"If you explained to me what the fuck was going on with you instead of walking around like a fucking zombie I could help you!!"
"You can't!! You couldn't help me than and you can't help me now!!" I snapped walking upstairs to our room.
Of course he followed me in there, closing the door behind him.
"Baby, why can't you just tell me what happened?"
My eyes watered a little and he walked up to me and wiped them.
"I did."
"No you didn't. I can tell. I can tell you still holding something in. Why can't you just let me all the way in?"
I didn't say anything I just grabbed my purse and headed out the door. I rushed to my car and hurried up and got inside before speeding off.
My mind was beginning to replay nightmares but I refused to let them resurface.
"You got your parents to thank for this."
"Once we done with you and your friends ain't nobody go want you."
"I'm surprise she still breathing with all the beatings she took."
I shook my head and slowed down once I couldn't see from all the tears in my eyes.
