After we had gotten into the car, he drove us to a private airport. The Moroi had plenty of money and plenty of stupid things to spend it on. As we had boarded the plane, Dimitri had looked at us before looking at the other guardians.

"Don't let them talk to each other."

He kept glancing my way as he warned the guardians.

"Five minutes together and they may make an escape plan."

We already have, well as much as we could escape. I could fly but I couldn't carry both of them. Even if Rose and I could take out the ten guardians watching us, we couldn't make it off the plane. We'd have to wait until we made it back to Montana. Rose had been sitting in front of Lissa and I. Dimitri sat in front of me, watching us.

"Not right now."

"What."

I was sucked inside again, only it wasn't Lissa. It was Dimitri, I don't know how but I had been sucked into his head. Another bond.

My kind form bonds to look out for each other, during battles or fighting we could draw power from each other by the bonds. We could only form them when our minds knew something would come out of it. I never knew it could happen with the Moroi or Dhampires.

"Andrea."

His voice, even if I couldn't see him, I knew he was slightly confused and worried. He went to touch my arm, I snapped out of his head and stood up. I started to panic, he went to help but I stepped back.

"Where's the bathroom."

He pointed down the hall, I quickly walked into it and shut the door. I leant against the sink as I slowly caught my breathe. A knock came in the door and I wiped my eyes.

"Yeah."

"It's me, can I come in."

I opened it, Rose looked at me for a moment. I knew she was confused about what just happened.

"I was inside his head."

"What."

"Dimitri, I didn't mean too. He was worried and his emotions were a lot, my mind connected to his."

"Another bond."

"Yea."

She touched my shoulders and moved me out of the bathroom.

"Why don't you get some rest, we'll wake up when we land."

She sat me down across from him, I kept my head down as I closed my eyes. I could feel his aura, trying to reach for me, even if he wasn't doing it himself.

I felt someone set me onto something soft, we must have been in the car now. I opened my eyes to see I had been right, we were heading down the road.

"How far are we."

"Just a few miles."

"So you're taking us back to the academy."

I looked to see Rose in the back, next to Lissa. I'm surprised they had let them sit together.

"Tell me, how bad is it gonna be?"

None of them spoke, I sighed as I look out the front window.

"I'm not a Moroi or a Dhampire, the academy isn't for me so I want answers. I've known these girls for a year, I've kept them safe."

"You know, I kept the princess safe and hidden for an entire year before you got lucky."

I glanced at Rose, she was smug. It wasn't something we needed right now but I couldn't stop her.
