After I had left, I had called a few of my family and friends. Some of the elders knew a lot about what she was going through, the "Spirit" part of it anyway.

My aunt told me that someone could be using her, or trying to scare her away. I had written down anything that sounded useful, Rose had interrupted me near the ending.

"What do you need."

"Im going to talk to the headmistress and the academy so I can figure out what happen to Ms. Karp. The same thing could be happening to Lissa and I want to know how to stop it."

"Ok I'll come with you."

That's how we landed in her office, me standing beside Dimitri near the window. When I was near him, the anger wasn't as loud.

I could move and act responsibly, I had a clearer mind. As we stood in the room, I realized the burning was now a small flame. My veins were starting to turn darker.

"I guess you could say that it was half-repression and half-compulsion, and when you asked me why we left the academy in the first place, a part of me couldn't remember. I just knew that we had to get out."

Rose had been talking to them, I kept myself on the wall. If this meeting lasted too long then I would have to leave, Victor is up to something but I haven't been able to find anything.

"Outrageous."

"What Headmistress Kirova means to say is that it was brave of you to come forward, Rose."

I glanced his way, I kept a stoned face as he looked at her. My arm started to itch, I felt it moving up my arms.

"Well, I'm doing it for Lissa. She needs help."

"But is it really true she can bring the dead to life?"

"Dead's dead... but from the brink of death."

"Not since St. Vladimir, and he never declared a magic, either."

"But there is no actual proof to anything you're saying. We found no cameras, and the compulsion alone can only be done in specific environments by trained professionals."

"Well, Lissa had no problem doing it to you, right in your own office. Surely, you had to wonder why you didn't just throw Rose out of school and me to the curb."

She looked at me, I seen the shock but anger look.

"It's outrageous."

"Enough, please. Ms. Sonya Karp. I want to see the Day Six footage. I've had a rough night.
Don't make me crawl through a ventilator shaft and lower myself down into the security center on a wire."

I walked over and stood next to Rose, I would help her because Lissa is in danger and I won't let anyone hurt her.

"Headmistress, we have no right to keep them in the dark for as long as we have."

"All right. All right. Take her and Andrea downstairs. Show them everything."

He nodded, Rose and I followed him to the elevator. As the doors opened, I seen solid concrete walls. At the bottom of the metal stairs were four large jail cells, they had plastic like sliders.

"Show us Karp Day Six, please. Thank you."

As the guardian pulled up the footage, he looked at Rose.

"I knew this is what you were looking for. Couple months after you left, Ms. Karp had a complete breakdown."

I looked at the footage, she was laying in a hospital bed. Two men were trying to help her.
