This is your typical best friend story. Boy befriends Girl. Boy does everything for the Girl. Girl becomes too dependent on Boy. Boy starts to fall for the Girl. Girl suddenly realizes the importance of Boy. Girl starts to fall for Boy, too.
So what's left to tell? They end up together anyway, right?
It's not as simple as it seems.
The story is simple but the characters and the situation aren't.
Could something beyond friendship really happen to them?
Could they really happen?
We don't really know for sure.
That's why this isn't a typical story after all.
