A/N: This chapter took a while to revise since I needed the right emotions. I hope you felt it too.
Anyway, stream Super Junior's "One more chance". It's going to be my inspiration for writing this story. And I suggest listening to the song while reading this. Enjoy.
Chapter 18:
"D-Donghae.." She managed to call out his name. He didn't meet her eyes. He felt her voice fade and all he could hear is his own heart beating fast. He and Siwon sent each other dagger looks.
"D-donghae..." she call out his name again, "Let me go... It's hurting my hand..." She whispered softly, struggling to get her hands off his tight grip. He broke their eye contact and finally looked at her, slowly loosening his grip. He had mix emotions.
Donghae forced a laugh as he looked at Siwon again, "You're that Siwon, right?" He said, looking at him up and down; his voice cold, jaw tightened, "WHO DO YOU THINK YOU ARE?!" He shouted, grabbing his shirt.
People passing by stared at them. She tried to pull Donghae back but she couldn't match his strength. Donghae's anger is like a ball of explosive waiting to burst into flames. He went back to the apartment when he realized he left his coat; just in time to see them leave the apartment and decided to follow them. When he saw Siwon kiss her hand, he could no longer hold back.
Siwon clenched his fist. He didn't want to make a scene. Minjee had already rejected him and with Donghae appear in front of them, it was too much for him.
Minjee glanced at Siwon with pleading eyes. When their eyes met, Siwon felt his heart sink. He gave her a sad smile. Noticing their gaze at each other, Donghae's grip on her hand tightened as he let go of Siwon's shirt,
"We only ran into each other." Siwon lied as he looked away from her, eyes meeting with Donghae's.
"That's not what I'm asking," He said, his voice low and dangerous, "How dare you kiss..." he couldn't get himself finish his words, it was like losing his voice out of anger.
She pulled him, "Donghae, please." She pleaded, "I'll explain later." Her eyes wandered around as people started gossiping. He looked at her with cold eyes,
"Please..." She pleaded once more. Her tears rolled down her cheeks. He didn't move; she squeezed his hand, closing her eyes, head down as she pleads again and again. When Donghae noticed, he eventually calmed down. He gave Siwon one last deadly look and turned his back, dragging Minjee with him.
Before they leave, Siwon spoke again, "Don't forget what I told you. I'll be waiting." She stopped in her tracks, about to turn back but Donghae glared at her.

None of them said a word during the ride back to the apartment. There was tension in the atmosphere, and Donghae did not let go of her hand. She looked at her wristwatch,
10:15 am.
She didn't dare look him in the eyes, fearing she might burst into tears. They had stopped in front of the apartment. There was silence. The weather was already cold, and with the tension between them she felt like the temperature dropped even more. Realizing she's still wearing Donghae's jacket, she placed her free hand in one of the pocket.
She felt her hand warm and her hand getting hold of something. Is this a necklace? She was about to take it out to have a better look when she flinched at Donghae's voice,
"Get out." He said; his voice cold, his face grim. He wasn't looking at her,
"Donghae..." She said as softly as she can, "Please..." She let go of the necklace and held his arm,
