I returned home with a smile on my face, unable to hide it. Well, how can I when my best friend is getting married soon! Wow, I still can't believe this happened. I'm so happy for Ben and Henry's forever union. This must be such a beautiful feeling; getting married to the person you love.

And that's rare too, I guess.

To celebrate this happiness, I did invite the three to come along with me. However, Cara and Ben declined, saying that I first had plans with my family so I must spend that time with them only. I insisted but they said we will celebrate this in the evening but I shouldn't ruin my family time. Hence, I had to agree.

I'm already feeling too enthusiastic about Ben and Henry's wedding. I love wedding shoppings and right now, I'm over the moon since it's my best friend's. There will be so much fun during this period; we'll be busy helping them up. And oh! I think our PRIZM team will be the best to cover this special event. It will be a new take for the organization. I should tell Wade about this –

My thoughts instantly stopped as I remembered what I saw that night. I don't think this is the right time to confront him anyway. If there really is something, then he should be the one telling me himself rather me asking me.

I should stop thinking too much about this and focus on the present.

Inhaling a deep breath, I walked into my home and was greeted by Liam running towards me.

"It's Willow!" he hugged me as soon as I closed the door behind. I laughed at his cuteness and hugged him back.

Things are much easier and smooth between Liam and me. Probably because we have nothing against each other.

Looking up, I saw mom and Cheryll in the kitchen who passed me their bright smiles. However, dad was sitting on the sofa in the living area, talking to someone. Just as I walked towards him, dad was quick to turn my way and smile.

"Willow! Look who's here," he said gesturing towards the man sitting comfortably on the armchair. "Wade Samuels. I didn't know you worked with him."

Wait. Wait. Wait. Let my mind process this correctly.

Wade is in my house? .... No freaking way! What is he doing here; that too without my knowledge?

I just stood there, staring down at him in disbelief. Whereas he simply smiled and waved at me like an innocent kid.

"Hey, Willow. How are you?"

"Fine?" I replied nonchalantly and turned to my father. "You didn't know I work at PRIZM? Seriously?"

Tell me he's joking. Please.

"No, no. Of course, I know that you work there. But PRIZM belongs to this young man, I had no idea."

"Yeah? Wade is the founder of PRIZM. You didn't know that?"

Why is he acting so weird about such a simple thing? He must be knowing Wade Samuels.

"Yes, but you probably don't know the turn of events going on here!" Dad exclaimed, looking too excited which only increased my confusion.

"Dad... I'm still confused," I stated.

As dad began to explain, Wade stopped him.

"Allow me, Mr. Turner," he said, now looking at me. "Willow, you remember when I gifted you The Alchemist and told you about the regular customer who gifted me that? The one who even gave me some great bits of advice?"

What, don't tell me. I cannot freaking believe this.

"That was dad?" I ask looking at my father. "You gave him that book that is now with me?"
