the white haired doctor red eyes watched as the black haired woman strolled towards her, pistol in hand. sada nodded her head curtly as she got in her attack stance. rui chuckled at the white haired woman's gesture, putting her hands in the air.

"who said i wanted to fight?" she asked, her grip loosening around the gun. the port mafia's doctor scoffed at her. "those bullets you fired earlier." she spat, red eyes narrowing. the black haired boss shook her head at the woman across from her.

"i see you're still dumb."

"and i see that you're still an egotistical bitch hellbent on money." the dark skinned woman stated. "you're sellin' your own kid to an underground fight club boss." she added. "how low can you go for some cash?" she finished. the black haired woman rolled her eyes at the woman in front of her.

"you make it seem like she was suppose to be walking on this earth."

that question alone made sada's blood boil.

"...you're not serious, are you?" she asked, gritting her teeth. "all that girl ever wanted while she was in here was your love and approval." she stated. "but you couldn't even show her that."

"and you did?"

"more than you ever did." sada said. "if i didn't take her that day, she wouldn't even be alive right now." she growled. the black haired woman chuckled darkly at the woman's statement. "maybe you're right." she said, smirking. the doctor scowled at rui.

"there is no maybe, rui." she stated, shaking her head. "i've heard the things you've done to that girl." she said, taking a step forward. "you made your own child watch you kill her own father." she growled. "she didn't even know the man." she finished. the black haired woman rolled her fuchsia eyes once more.

"she didn't need to know the man." she stated, shrugging her shoulders. "the man was like her; a waste of space." she admitted.

that was the white haired doctor's last straw.

immediately, sada reached behind her and unsheathed a dagger. she then threw it in rui's direction, only for the black haired woman to smirk and dodged the attack.

"ooh~" the young woman taunted, leaning forward. "someone's ma-"

pew!

the boss's fuchsia eyes widened as a stray bullet flew past her with swiftness. sada scowled at rui, vermillion eyes filled with unadulterated anger.

not only did this woman just sit here and insult her own daughter, but she sat and insulted her own mentor.

in an instant, sada aimed the gun to the woman once more and applied pressure to the trigger. rui couldn't help but smirk at the woman.
