rio is the only child of port mafia member, daichi kishida and pale ghost's leader, rui haibara. she could only remember being with her mother for the majority of her life. amongst the pale ghost, she was constantly being verbally abused and brutally beaten. by the time she was eight, she finally understood that her mother only has been using for her own personal gain.
she was her trump card in any fight.
but it was until an altercation with the port mafia the girl had finally escaped the clutches of her mother's tyrannical reign. on that night, she met a young woman by the name of sada abe, who at the time was mentee to daichi kishida. this woman whisked her away to the port mafia, training her everyday to become the young executive she is today.
