The meeting would begin in a few minutes. Lexa went early this morning to meet with the representatives from sankru and the broadleaf clan. They also shared borders with azegeda and remained loyal to her. It would be announced that skaikru will be joining the coalition and there needed to be support. She also didn't trust Titus to deliver the message to the representatives. Not now that someone made an attempt on my life and he looked guilty. I promised I would let her investigate the matter. She tried to assign guards to follow me around but after some convincing she did not.

I rested my hand on the end of my sword and waited outside the doors. The skaikru group had yet to arrive and I want to stand with them incase thing is tried. Undoubtedly representatives from Azegeda and Delphi will be furious and blame me for the introduction of the thirteenth clan. Anna and Octavia were the first I spotted out of the group that just stepped into the hall. Anna tried not to look extremely excited but her rapid wave from her hip gave her away. "Hey" she greeted when her and Octavia made it.

"How was the night?" I asked keeping my expression one of neutral calm. Behind Clarke and Lincoln I could seen Bellamy walking with Sirus, who was less than thrilled to be with someone who didn't trust his people. There was still the possibility of Bellamy coming around to trusting us. Hopefully.

Both Octavia and Anna shrugged. "I think we all were pretty tired" Anna said.

"Where's the commander? Wouldn't you two walk in together" Octavia asked subtly looking around for Lexa.

I quirked an eyebrow at Anna knowing she would blab nonstop about being happy about my relationship to Octavia if she had the chance. Which seems like she had. Anna smiled sheepishly. Everyone knew and I wasn't bothered by that but she didn't need to be talking about it all the time and putting ideas in peoples head. "She'll be here in a moment so we need to get inside" I told her.

I turned too Clarke since she was skairkru's unofficial representative, "Are you ready?" The blonde nodded with new determination. Being back physically with her people flipped a switch in her mind about the very real threat. When I turned back Anna was still giving me an excited look. "C'mon" I mumbled to her.

The guards opened the doors for us and the group followed me. The room always looked different when the representatives gathered like this. There are twelve large chairs for each clan all less grand than Lexa's throne. Everyone paused conversations as we walked to the open spot near the steps to the throne. A few sent glares the skaikru members. I stood between Clarke and Anna. Sirus came to stand behind Anna while the rest stood on the other side of Clarke.

Everyone rose from their chairs as the doors opened once again. Lexa walked with confidence to her throne, her hands behind her back and her head held high. Beautiful as ever. "Be seated" she called once she had sat down herself. She took a second to scan the room, when her eyes met mine she was at the same time relieved and alert. "I've gathered you here today to share information in regards to skaikru" she said looking from representative to representative.

The members of sankru and broadleaf were the most collected. Some members were waiting patiently while others were on the edge of their seats waiting to hear if skairku was being punished. Anna was unnerved by the tense silence but Lexa was taking in the members demeanors. Finally Lexa announced, "Skaikru will be joining the coalition as the thirteenth clan."

The room descended into overlapping yells. The Delphi representative shot to his feet and aimed his finger at me. "Our armies could easily wipe out the sky people they should not be in the coalition and you should not be allowed here in polis" He shouted.

I glared at him and set my hand on my sword. "Skaikru is on trikru land they have no territory!" the ice nation man shouted.

"Skaikru is here now. A war with them would only lead to unnecessary bloodshed on both sides" the sankru woman spoke against the men.
