The story of three girls, two connected by time, one connected by disaster. New Zurich, Switzerland 2094: Arianne Keluz is is one of the thousands of people living in New Zurich, one of many molecule-tight Universal Alliance bases in the post apocalyptic world. Now, 30 years after the nuclear disaster that was 12/64, humans have begun to leave the safety of UA and reexplore the outside--that is, the Omegas are exploring the outside--which is exactly what Ari wants to do. But it's not that simple. Los Angeles, USA 2054: Lili Hekethorn has just begun to make her mark in the entertainment industry, yet the money wasn't enough to live off of. Since nuclear energy was fairly new, she decided to invest in the Universal Energy Alliance, in the hopes of improving her financial status. What she didn't know was what they had planned for the future. Toronto, Canada 2054: Tyler Else is a regular, normal teen. Well, not exactly. She was the genius behind the cracked code for effective nuclear fission, the one that the world now worshipped like a god. Until the day she realized her formula was completely and utterly wrong. But before she could tell the world, she was captured and sent to detainment. Now secluded from the rest of the world, Ty must somehow reverse what she had done, before it's too late. One mistake, one end, one world. ~~~ Soo...this is my actual NANOWRIMO for this month...because I restarted...because I have a short attention span...but don't worry I'll still finish Alice in Red...just later...some other day...yeah...anyways hope yah like it ^.^

It's been nearly a hundred years since the war. Nuclear blasts took away all of the homes and life on the planet. Well, all except those who escaped. Thousands of people were sent into outer space on the Ark, a space station made of stations from all the continents combined. Now there was a second Ark called Sanction. The Ark was said to last forever, maybe thousands of years before it would be capable of returning to Earth and the same went for Sanction. But apparently the Ark isn't what it seemed to be. Both stations seemed to be having the same problem. They were running low on oxygen. You all probably know the story of how the Ark solved their problem and how that went for the 100 teenage prisoners sent to the ground, but you probably haven't heard what happened to the 100 teenagers sent to the ground from Sanction. ((Kind of a spin off of the CW's 100 (or I guess a fan-fiction). Just my way of writing in the same tense with out stealing ideas or whatever. BTW no characters from the 100 will be included in this unless it is a well known leader or group such as the ice nation or Heda. Maybe even so possible mentions of Wanheda (Clarke) ))

For decades, the government plotted in secret, but now one of their secrets is back to bite them. Rolf lived waiting for an apocalypse, but when the nuclear bombs fall, even all his preparation isn't enough to save Granddad. To survive, he joins Ivy and a group of talking animals who have come out of hiding now that they no longer fear being killed or hauled back to the lab where they were created. Survival would be easy if looters from the north weren't after Ivy's ranch. Worse, looters might not be the biggest threat to the teens and the animals. Steen, an old enemy of the animals, brings his mercenaries and Marines into the county. The soldiers begin confiscating weapons and food. Rolf, Ivy, and the animals know it's time to fight, or lose every freedom they have.

This book will be a collection of short stories I've written, most likely for school assignments. Chapter descriptions: Chapter 1: "Welcome to the Apocalypse" Following Sasha Chernoff, a russian girl who has to confront the horrors of living through a nuclear world war. Chapter 2: "Dark Hearts" Set during the Salem Witch Trials, a time when many women were falsely accused of witchcraft, Luna Rossi endures the harsh backlash from fearful townspeople. Will her lover have the strength to see beyond the fear and listen to his heart? Or will he fold under the pressure of the mob? Chapter 3: "Ones and Zeros" A young teen girl finds herself in a whimsical place of creativity and endless possibility: the internet. Solar doesn't quite know how she got there, but one thing is for certain: it's in danger. A terrifying darkness looms over the space, threatening the good that makes it so unique. Can Solar find a way to stop it? Or will the internet plunge too far into negativity without a chance of recovery?

*OVERVIEW* Follow the stories of some original characters in the Commonwealth, 13 years after the events of Fallout 4 involving the Sole Survivor, and the destruction of the Institute. This will contain both minor and major spoilers for the RPG made by Bethesda: Fallout 4, along with other major and minor spoilers from Fallout:3 and New Vegas. Also, this will be broken up into multiple chapters, each one focusing on one character (or group) at a time. (Note: This story's lore is going to be assuming the Minutemen ending in FO4 and the NCR ending in New Vegas and the Good/BoS ending in FO3 took place, and that the Sole Survivor didn't destroy the BoS at Boston Airport.)

True story. In October 1962, Russian submarine officer Vasili Arkhipov refused to sign off on his commander's plan to nuke the U.S. fleet surrounding Cuba during the missile crisis. Such an attack would likely have resulted in a worldwide nuclear weapons exchange; Herman Khan's "Thinking About The Unthinkable" played out in real life and in real-time. Historian Arthur Schlesinger Jr. , an advisor to President John F. Kennedy, called this the most dangerous moment in human history.
