Hello this is for today's update. Hope you'll enjoy.

What I thought will be a long night turned out to be nothing but a fluke.

Lennox put his hand on my head and murmured a single word,"sleep" and I was out like a light. It was like I couldn't control my eyes to kept open as much as I tried. Last thing I saw was his face gazing at me as stoic as always except for his eyes that were storming a strange red colour. Weren't his eyes dark blue so why are they red? His red eyes soon disappeared as I fell into a slumber.

That morning when I woke up I realised it was the first time I slept so well like a newborn baby. My body felt rejuvenated like I've had too much energy drinks.

But sadly I realized Lennox was not there and strangely I was missing him.

Was I being too creepy?

Well what they told me was more creepy. If its anyone that's being creepy, it was them.

I wore my best attire that I could put together which was nothing but a button down plaid shirt over a black tank top and a pair of denim shorts with brown boots. Looking nice was the last thing on my mind when I was packing for here.

"Good morning dear. Come I've made waffles and bacon. Eat while it's hot." Aunt greeted as soon as I entered the dining room. I could smell the heavenly smell of fresh waffles in the air. I was salivating just at the thought of it.

"Good morning aunt. Where's is everyone?" I asked when I noticed that it was just me and aunt.

"Oh there's is a pack meeting so they're there. They'll be back soon."

I looked at her confusedly when she said that. What's a pack?

"I'm sorry you didn't know about this. Pack as in Warewolves pack. We live together because that's how we are to be dear." She said as she set a plate in front of me.

"That makes sense." From what I've seen of animals in TV they do tend to live in packs unlike normal people that likes to live in solitude. But they're not animals so I thought they wouldn't have this pack thing.

"The king will be here soon to pick you up." Aunt said casually as she poured a glass of orange juice for me.

I choked on the waffle bite I just took. The king? What's she saying?

"What are talking about?" I asked her baffled. I thought it was democracy so why is she saying about a king?

"Your mate dear. He's the king dear even though he don't like to rule but no one can deny that he's the king with his powers." I thought after yesterday there was nothing left to be shocked about but apparently I was so wrong.

"What powers?" I asked while pretending to be normal as if I'm asking about the weather.

"You'll know soon dear. Don't mind my rambling. Eat fast he'll he here in a bit." She said as if she's trying to evade the topic. Well it doesn't matter I'll ask Lennox what's this all about. I knew we had a lot to talk about today so I was kind of looking forward to spent time with him or maybe just be with him. I don't know why but for some unknown reasons being with him makes me very happy.

After about fifteen minutes I heard the front door unlocked and a tall figure entered in. I knew it was him from the sound of the truck that just pulled outside moments back.

Unconsciously I was smiling when I looked at him. He looked as handsome as ever with his tousled dark hair , cold set face and dark blue eyes.

Looking at his eyes I remembered pair of red eyes I've seen the night before I slept and a strange fear ran through me. The realization that I know nearly nothing about this person I've been feeling attracted to who was not even human set inside me. But I couldn't deny the strange pull I'm feeling when he's near me.
