A few days later
Merve goes in the flat and she puts Edip ashes on a vase . She puts it on the balcony. She sits on a chair with coffee on her hands. She looks at the chair Edip used to sit.

"it feels nice.."

Edip sits Next to her
"No coffee for me? How rude to not offer something for the guests"
He strokes her arm

She smiles and puts her head on his shoulder. "one thing that I'm glad... Is... Our love story isn't predictable like in the movies"

"whats the fun in it? We are unpredictable."
He holds her.
"You came here to leave..."

She looks at him. "...." She sighs. "Edip... I really actually came to think... What i want in life... If i even want it"

"wow, now you leave me speechless. You've always been so sure of yourself. A woman full of convictions"

He looks at her and holds her hand. He pulls her chin softly
"Whatever you do, i'll always be here for you. And Im so proud of you. And Lila"

"but you must ask yourself.... When you're ready. What do you want in life. Its not fair to ask you to come with me when our daughter needs you the most"

She smiles. "that's true....i just want to talk and not look crazy... Ya know" she kisses his cheek. Someone knocks on the door. Merve gets up and walks to the door

Edip smiles. His smile fades a bit. He reappears Next to the door
"... Be careful"

She nods and opens the door. A guy coughs. "...." Merve looks at him. "are you okay... I'll get some water..." she walks to the kitchen
The guy goes in and he stabs Merve deep in the stomach. Shs gasps and drops the glass.

"what did my mom ever do to you!? My sister killed herself! I'm left with no one! My dad is a drunk Because of you killing my mom"

Ayaz kicks her. Merve falls on her knees

Edip watches the whole scene
. It was already too late to do anything. He looks at Ayaz and grabs his arm

Ayaz flinches and he looks around. "....."
Merve coughs and she holds her stomach. "....." she puts her head on the floor. "Edip..."

He closes the door on Ayaz hand, breaking some fingers. Making it look like a draft.
The moment Ayaz would walk under the balcony, a brick would fall on him.
Not out of anger, but...he said it himself he had noone. Meaning, Mehmet also chose his life

He holds Merve closely and kisses her forehead
"It's okay now...Im here...."
He gives her her phone
"You can decide now... Call for help or...no more pain"

"even if you call....the stabbing made too much damage already"

She looks at him and she groans. "it hurts..." she lookd ay him. "i might die in the hospital... Away from you... No... I want to be here"

"sorry it had to be this way"
He kisses her forehead and cradles her.
"It's okay...try to relax"

She closes her eyes. "hmmm..." she strokes his cheek. "it's okay... I love you"

"Im not leaving you for a second. Rest now...i love you."

She closes her eyes and she exhales

He bites his lip and takes a deep breath
"It was such a long and hard life. Most of them caused by you. But whats living if not with a few bumps on the road....you know someday the past would get to you. But Im here now. Im Forever with you."

He kisses her

She kisses back. Her sprit sits up and she holds Edip. "i love you..."
