Chapter 21 Gone Girl

(Julian's POV)

I was half alseep, laying next to my mate

I reached out, seeking for her warmth, but the bed was cold and empty

Instantly, my heart started pounding

I sat up quickly, looking around

It was dark, execpt for the moon shining through the closed curtains

The lights of the small bathroom, were off and I didn't hear the shower running

There was no sign of her

"Red? Red? Ella?" I called out

I blocked out my surroundings and listened

She couldn't have left me

Not after tonight

She couldn't have

I took in a deep breath took her scent in

Just like that, the door opened

I could hear my neck snap as I turned to face her

"Ella" I asked, running over to her

She closed the door behind her and wrapped her arms around me

I fell down to my knees and wrapped my arms around her waist

"I thought you left me" I said, holding her tightly against me

Ella put her fingers through my hair and softly ran her fingers through my hair

"I'm sorry baby, I got hungry so I went to the vending machine outside" she told me, pressing one of her hands against my back

" Are you alright?" I asked, looking up at her face

She smiled and nodded her head

"I'm perfect" she told me

"I thought you had left me" I said again

Ella stayed silent for a moment

"I will never leave you" Ella promised

I sighed in confert and smiled widely

"Come on, we both need to shower" she told me, grabbing my hands and helping me up

I didn't need it, but I liked it when she touched me

It felt so familiar

Before either of us moved, I leaned down and kissed her

I placed my hand over the right side of her face, pulling her face closer to mine

I was still naked, but Ella was wearing my shirt and a pair of black shorts

I leaned down, not breaking away from the kiss and pulled down her shorts and panties

I ripped the shirt off, which was already missing a lot of the botten

Underneath, I could see her nipples harden

I leaned over her, kissing the corner of her mouth, then down her jaw line and towards her mark, which had healed beautifully

My hand cupped one of her breasts, as I placed a small kiss over her nipple

Ella moaned, pulling on my hair a little

My other hand, layed over her flat stomach and slowly headed towards her waist and inbetween her legs

I once again, fell to my knees

I kissed her inner thigh, leaving small love bites, as I got closer to her sweet spot between her thighs
