~Chapter 1- Razan's gift~
~Age 991 B~
After the Battle of Dialtown, Zantii's army was scattered across the lush green plains of the Lands of Ralosia. Many of them fled the way they came, back to the Lands of Ranuulo. But there were a few who remained, seeking to cause trouble. The Sky Deity Ool and The Four worked together to bring these individuals down. They also sought out Lunahreim and Zantii, who went missing after the battle.
Many helped in the restoration of Dialtown and the other places ravaged by Zantii's War. The original citizens of the city began to move back into their homes.
Vos and Diva technically had prison time to serve out, but after their contribution during the battle, Warden Celcius decided to 'look the other way'. They were free to search for their son.
Razan, Lucar, and their kids decided to accompany Vos and Diva as they made their way south, passing through the area that Zantii had destroyed.
Whenever they came across someone who needed help, the kids insisted on doing what they could. Razan admitted that they certainly didn't get selflessness from him. They traveled towards the Link Temple so they could pass through it and find Valr.
Razan wasn't eager about heading into the Lands of Ranuulo again, but he'd go along with them until Vos and Diva found their son.
Razan and Aero were on the back of his Chihuahua Hopper. Lucar, Vos, and Jirro jogged alongside them. Corri flew on her sparrow above them while Diva levitated through the air beside her.
Razan kept glancing at Corri as they traveled, but his red-haired daughter seemed intent on avoiding eye contact. She only spoke with him when necessary. He could tell she was still mad, but hopefully the gift be found for her would remedy things.
They came upon the eye-shaped Challenger's Lake, the site of the first great battle against Zantii. The ground around it was trampled, and the isle that sat at the center was scarred. The residential and festival areas had been destroyed. Even the tournament grounds were left in ruins.
The group traveled through the tournament grounds towards the fighting ring, finding the finalist lobby's ceiling caved in, and the bleachers surrounding the ring burned. Jirro strolled out to the center of the ring.
"Hey, dad!" Jirro called out, "Want to spar really quick?"
Lucar raised an eyebrow at him, "Sorry, you still have a long way to go before you're able to hang with me."
Jirro cocked his head and ran his hands through his neat blonde hair, "Let's see. Whoever lands the first hit wins."
"I don't want to accidentally hurt you."
"I don't want to hurt you either. We'll both pull our punches," Jirro said with a cocky smile.
Lucar leaned against a wall, arms folded, not intending to move.
