"What? What happened!"
"All I'm going to say is I told you I'd never give up." What? Then it hit me.
"You found an audition for me?"
"Yes I did!"
"Daniel!" I run toward him and wrap him up in a tight hug. I kissed him, not as softly as usual, but that's only because I'm happy.
"I told you so."
"I love you, you know that?" I laugh, because I do. I love him.
"I love you too. We say that too much."
"Yeah I know. But it's true."
"Yeah. So when's the audition?"
"In two days, in the Chaffwood building on 34th street."
"Two days?"
"Two days."
"Holy God." I feel lightheaded. Like I'm about to faint. I can't breathe. I'm okay, I reassure myself. I'm okay.
"Are you alright?" Daniel asks me.
"Mhum." Is what I managed to get out. I feel myself falling, but Daniel caught me by the elbows, just like at Grad.

"What?"
"You fainted." Daniel says.
"Why?"
"The audition is in two days."
"Right."
"What's wrong with that?"
"This My last chance at being accepted. You got in right away. There's nothing for you to worry about."
"I'm worried about you."

Two days pass by in a flash. I know what song I'm doing~Someone like you by Adele. I'm getting ready right now. I put on a nice, white flowy, slimming dress. I put my hair up in a bun and add a floral bow. I wear nothing but foundation, mascara and lipstick on my face. I meet Daniel downstairs after applying deodorant and perfume. We get in the car and start driving.
"You nervous?" he asks me.
"Yes."
"Don't be. You'll nail this audition."
"Thanks, but I don't know."
We drive the rest of the way in silence. Then he pulls in.
"Here we are." Daniel says.
"Here we are." I repeat.
This could be my big break.
